Such a BEAUTIFUL place! Bed was comfy and the unit was spotless! The bathroom was gorgeous, too. Our only complaint was the stairs with our super heavy luggage, but we knew that ahead of time. We were on the 4th floor so it was a hike without an elevator when you had to carry heavy luggage. The building is so gorgeous though and in such a prime location! We walked all over Savannah!

Our stay was so nice. Checking in was a breeze and once inside, we were quite excited. Our suite was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic location, incredibly clean and tasteful interior. Noisy surrounds but host did provide ear plugs. Host was responsive to any issues we had.

My boyfriend and I had a blast! We loved how it was far enough away from the heart of downtown so it was quiet when it was time to go to bed, but close enough that it wasn’t too bad of a walk to everything. The place itself…. STUNNING! It was so clean and so cute. I loved the character. I also enjoyed the level of security. There was a key to get in the building and then a key code for your room, so no randoms inside the building itself.

Our stay in Savannah was wonderful! The Airbnb was absolutely stunning, very clean, and close to everything you could need and want!

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful — even better in person! The space was spotless, well-kept, and so inviting. I loved waking up to the gorgeous view of the square right outside the window. It felt peaceful and charming, the kind of place you instantly feel at home. I’d definitely recommend booking a couple of nights here to really enjoy it.

So much about this hotel is great but unfortunately, there is more that is not great. We stayed here with our service dog in the Sapphire suite. The hotel and room were beautiful- especially the suite. It was large, gorgeous and clean. On our 2nd day, the elevator went out. We were on the 3rd floor and our dog has bad legs and could not get down the steep stairs. Instead of getting an elevator company out right away, they waited. We could not use the elevator to take our dog out and the hotel just didn't care. They were very impersonal- could only correspond with them via text, very frustrating. We finally received approval to leave early with a refund. However, they only refunded about half of what we paid. They said that is what Expedia paid them and I should go after them for the rest of my money. Then I was told I would receive the $30 resort fee- I never received that. I tried and tried to speak with a manager or owner and just kept getting told "We understand your frustration.... BLAH, BLAH, BLAH". That was terrible. Then I heard from anther couple staying in the hotel, that the elevator goes down very frequently and for long periods of time. We had to haul 4 days of luggage down to the 1st floor with very steep steps. Then had to try to carry our dog down these stairs. All in the middle of a miserable heat wave. This was just the worst trip due to the management and elevator issues. We had to throw out $50 worth of food since we couldn't stay, had to rush our trip and find new accommodations. The beauty of the hotel and room were ruined due to the issues. And don't get me started on the noise. The overhead neighbors sounded like they were bowling for the days we were there. The noise from the fire inspections was also annoying.

Absolutely stunning apartment in a historic building in the heart of Savannah's historic district. Great design, attention to detail, clean space, beautifully decorated. Very convenient check-in, best location in town. We are very pleased with our stay. We recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the atmosphere of this unique city. We will definitely return to this atmospheric place again. Thank you for your hospitality!

If I could rate only the apartment, it would be five stars—it was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by several issues. My early check-in was approved at 1 p.m., but I wasn’t informed until then, so I didn’t arrive until later. On top of that, I wasn’t told about the elevator being out of service until 3:30 p.m., which meant hauling luggage up four flights of stairs and making multiple trips from a $50 paid parking spot. The TVs did not work, and trash disposal required walking outside to another entrance where the broken elevator was located. While the apartment itself was excellent, the poor communication, broken amenities, and unclear procedures made the stay far less smooth than it should have been.

Likes: Kasa's Amber suite made our vacation feel like home away from home. Dislikes: We were not alerted before check in that elevator was not working.

It was great I would stay 100 times over and over

Kasa had great potential. They communicated well, and provided clear instructions. Unfortunately upon arrival we were told the elevator was broken, which made move in very difficult. We also quickly discovered mold and water damage upon entry to our unit accompanied by a stench that matched it. There were a couple spiders that I smushed. I felt bad about it, but spiders scare me. The sheets were slightly stained and the rug in our bedroom was also moldy/stained. The place in all other aspects was beautiful and in a great location. Tons of potential, just needs better maintenance and care… and love. I’d also like to point out that a full refund was issued quickly with the help of air bnb assistance.

Perfect location - safe, convenient, walkable, and was easy to find street parking and use the city parking app. The building is beautiful and really added to the Savannah charm and history we got to experience. Very clean and comfortable spaces too!

The apt was beautiful. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Just wish it had a king size bed vs queen.

Me and my friends stayed 1 night. We had multiple noise complaints and we weren’t extremely loud. I guess the owner wanted us to sit in silence. Also, we got fined because we had red lipstick, eyeliner, and less than 10ml of vomit on 3 white towels. The fine was $134, and they said it was damage linen not dirty. We would have never experienced this in a hotel. We cleaned and washed the other linen accept the cheap wash clothes and towels. We were told we couldn’t stay at the property again. Also, the AirBnb is right next to an Irish Bub Bar. Of course we were drinking.

Perfect location, home away from home! It was a step back in time with all the modern day conveniences. To be able to stay in a house built in 1870 on Bull St. with floor to ceiling windows looking out at Chippewa Sq.was amazing. The shower was powerful, the bed was cozy, and the decor absolutely comfortable. It would be nice to have stairs to the first floor, not just an elevator. And Friday and Saturday may be a bit more rowdy with McDonoughs Pub behind it. They do have complimentary earplugs, but we just used a sound machine to block it out. Would it stop me from staying again? ABSOLUTELY NOT! We look forward to coming and staying again! Also, you will need to find parking on your own, as it’s not offered.
