Kasa was the perfect stay for our friend trip to Miami Beach for a week. The location was exceptional, a minute walk from the beach and all nightlife / restaurants. Room was as described and provided all we needed for a comfortable nights sleep. TV and mini fridge were a plus.

Room wasn’t ready at the promised time and had to wait an hour to check in. Room was very roomy. The beds were on the soft side. Room was very clean.

The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The staff did a good job of communication, and it was easy to get in and out of both the hotel and the room. The location was great as well, within walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do in South Beach. Only a few negatives: the bathroom sink water never got warm, so I’m not sure if that was broken or not. Also, the shower faucet was protruding oddly from the wall, so it looked like that also needed to be repaired. And the biggest headache was the parking situation. We were able to find parking ourselves, but it ended up costing us over $100 for less than a 24 hour stay. Having a dedicated parking spot included with our lodging will definitely be a requirement the next time we stay in South Beach.

Stay at Kasa was very good. We had whatever we needed. Virtual checkin worked well. Shower water was spattering outside. That needs a different door i think. Otherwise pretty neat. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There were stains on the bed sheet and hair on the bathroom sink.

Other hotels much closer to the beach have staff available 24x7. They have heater in the room. They also offer breakfast. Like hotel Penguin/ president. The staff of this hotel, if anything, were polite and extremely helpful.! But our room got extremely cold at night since we went during peak winter holiday season. Which explains the loud music playing till 2 am.

Pictures are extremely misleading. Room was ok, not in the best shape. No front desk but a staff member did bring new sheets and blankets pretty quickly after ours were dirty when we arrived. It is in a good location though.

We arrived early, and were allowed to store our luggage. After a long afternoon of walking around Miami we were very tired. When we went back to the hotel, we were allowed early check in

ONLY stay here if the reason you are coming to the area is to go clubbing. The club next door is so loud that from 11pm-5pm our bed was constantly shaking from the music. They provide ear plugs but that doesn’t stop the bed from shaking. I did not sleep a single minute which was a terrible ending to an otherwise great vacation.

Quick little Miami trip and this was the perfect stay! 1 street from the beach and restaurants and the complimentary beach chairs is a great added touch. I will be back very very soon!

All the instructions were clear and the stay was as described. Easy to check in and safe entrance. Parking right across the Municipal garage

The room was very nice. The staff was responsive to our requests. Overall, our stay was delightful. Only two minor things... 1. The WiFi was easily accessible, but must have some weird settings, as our favorite gaming site (Roblox/AdoptMe) seemed to be blocked. We used our phone hotspot, and all was good. 2. The in-room communication about free beach chairs was confusing and didn't name the company (Boucher Brothers) that we needed to go to. Minor items in a great stay.

Nada funciona! Vaso sanitário não funciona, ralo do banheiro não funciona, iluminação do quarto é péssima. Tivemos que sair para o aeroporto muito cedo e ainda estava escuro. O elevador simplesmente estava desligado! Não havia ninguém na recepção. Tivemos.que descer de escada com várias malas pesadas e 2 crianças e com pressa para chegar ao aeroporto. Não havia funcionário para fazer o checkout.. caótica essa pousada... NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA!

Bathtub was stained yellow and has cracks in it, very thin blankets. Right next to the road so lots of road noise at night

The experience was amazing the bed was jsut old , the beach chairs are 100 percent free you just have to pay $27 for an umbrella

It was a pleasure to stay here. Communication was very quick and effective. The luggage storage option was very nice. However, we were unable to check in early. The room was smaller than shown, and there was a distinct smell in the room. Otherwise, everything was great. Everything was cleaned well, and the location was very walkable with lots to do!

The location is awesome, easy to find and near a lot of good spots. Besides that, when needed, internet access is very poor and restricted. For some reason they do not allow any vpn service (it does not wrork due to restrictions in their Wi-Fi network) and also many other countries sites cannot be accessed. So I used my mobile data anyways...

Room was very nice and clean, fantastic bed-so comfortable. Great neighborhood. Lots of great eating choices within walking distance. Wish they had a couple of wine glasses there but otherwise we loved it!

I had a nice stay here and the location in south beach was perfect!
