10/10 Exceptional
Stayed for 4 nights, late February. Excellent location. The room had everything we were looking for, comfortable bed, warm shower, cold A/C, perfect location. We decided not to rent a vehicle for our trip as we escaped the northern cold. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, bars, breakfast cafes, beach access, sight-seeing spots, museums, late night food options, everything you need. Noise was not a factor for us (as we've read in other reviews). We stayed on the 3rd floor. Took the elevator up and usually the stairs down.
The host was incredibly responsive to texts to the point we felt we were speaking to AI. Regardless, every request (towels, questions, check-in help) was satisfied very quickly.
Side note hint: We decided to take the Miami Metrobus #150 from the airport. $2.25 vs a $50 Uber/taxi and it takes you literally to the doorstep of the AirBnb. Buses aren't for everyone but I grew up in a city, so we felt safe and comfortable.
