All I want to say is that the host is SO kinda and accommodating ! So responsive and just cares about customer experience! Everything else I feel is standard and though they did deliver, the customer service really stood out ! Would definitely stay here again!

100% recommendation is you’re traveling to sf, the top most rated bars are just at a walking distance. Great restaurants near by and Michelin star restaurants at walking distance away next to union park. I’d definitely stay here again:)

The place overall was pretty good. It was a fair walk to main attractions, but doable. It's close to the train line to airport, but you do have to walk through a rougher part of town to get there. San Francisco is quite expensive, and this was a more reasonably priced option, so it's hard to judge too harshly, but the room was quite basic and there was a lot of street noise, despite the complementary ear plugs. We cooked most meals in the shared kitchen, but did find it was missing some main utensils, and you have to pay to use the washers and dryers despite it being an included amenity on the listing. Ps. If possible, we suggest keeping your food in the bar fridges in your room, as we lost some items to other "light fingered" guests in the complex!
