I had a wonderful stay at this studio near Union Square! It had everything listed and more, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless and easy, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short ride to Union Square and nearby attractions. The space was clean, well-maintained, and very accessible. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Overall, I’d recommend this Kasa. It’s a cute place with all the basics you need for travel!! It is decorated very well and all the other guests were respectful of the common spaces. I did have a few issues: The heater was problematic during my stay throughout the winter. The broiler only worked at limited times, and the heater made a high-pitched noise that disrupted sleep. Kasa gave me a code to get into their storage unit for a spare heater, but they were all gone, as I’m sure others were having the same problem. Be prepared to be COLD in winter. The common spaces were nice, but the laundry room was poorly set up for guests. The change machine was broken, and the washing machine didn’t register quarters correctly, causing me to pay more.

It was just like the pictures. Love how they responded fast to any questions or concerns that i had or if needed anything. Great place near restaurants and cable cars to take you to the main SF main views. The only negative thing is that there is no private parking and it would get loud at night. It sounded like if i had the windows open. I would go back though because the place was near to downtown, and there was alot to do.
