Hotel Castro was the perfect stay for our time in San Francisco. The location is in the heart of the lively Castro neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. The hotel itself sits above a great cocktail bar -- rest assured the rooms must be sound proof as you cannot hear the bar from your unit! Our unit was very clean with a large comfortable king bed, pull out couch, full bathroom, two televisions, and a small veranda. Like most hotels in a city, the unit is rather small but we didn't come to SF to sit in our hotel room!

The check in/check out was seamless given Kasa's tech approach. There's no onsite concierge, but none was needed - We would definitely stay at Hotel Castro in the future!

Exceptional
Braitiful central Castro location. We enjoyed the free drinks in the Lobby Bar on the first floor. The rooftop terrace had a great view. Nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room!

Heartwarming stay in Castro
The room was gorgeous and comfortable. It's really well designed. The balcony facing the garden was just perfect for my morning coffee. Really brought out the essence of being in San Francisco. Perfectly located in Castro to really be in the heart of the LGBTQIA+ community
Entering codes from the front door, to the elevator, to the room was a bit exhausting. Maybe they can leverage more on tech in that regard e..g tap the phone to the locks instead..
