You will love your stylish room, location, and ease of getting into the building and your room. The bed is very comfortable!However, be mindful that this space does not have air conditioning. We stayed during a very warm weekend (no clouds and no breeze, whatsoever), so it was quite hot even with the windows wide open. After two days we received a portable fan from management, but that took some effort. Also, the street is very noisy with cars, delivery trucks, etc. If you are a light sleeper, it might not be the right place for you. Nevertheless, the space is clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of many good restaurants, stores, and places of convenience like Walgreens and 7/11. We even walked to the MOMA and Chinatown.
