We enjoyed our stay at the Kasa.
The virtual reception was something new for me, but with the fast and accurate responses of the team it didn't feel any different. Checking in and accessing your key code was also incredibly easy, as long as you can handle your emails.
The room was really clean, except for the floor that showed a decent amount of dust. Otherwise the stay was nearly perfect. The location, in terms of how far away from attractions it is, is extremely good! Altough the Tenderloin area, where a lot of homless people are, should be avoided.
With only these few problems and the rest being perfect, the price is 100% fair and I would stay here again! :)
