10/10 Exceptional
This place feels a bit like an Airbnb. It has no front desk/concierge and uses passcodes on smart locks to let you in the building and the rooms.
It has a very clean interior, great interior design, modern renovations, and a killer view (at least from our 5th floor room). I will absolutely stay here again, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality.
There is a good amount of privacy in here and the location is great as well for walking to union square.
In the basement is a common area with coffee, tea, and cooking equipment.
