10/10 Exceptional

This was my first stay at this location and second experience with Kasa, and I'm extremely impressed. The virtual check in process is quick and seamless, with easy to follow instructions. The location and price for this room were absolutely amazing! I feel like the room was larger and more well appointed than most mid-range hotel rooms I've stayed in. The sheets and towels were really nice, too, which felt like a nice little perk. Overall, I highly recommend this Kasa location if you're looking for a room in a convenient location that is relatively affordable but doesn't feel like a budget compromise.

Exactly as advertised! I came into town for a wedding and needed a pet-friendly place to stay, and Kasa was perfect for what I needed. The location is central and extremely walkable, with tons of great places to eat nearby. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are also only about a mile away. The room itself is on the smaller side and the walls are a little thin, but I wasn’t booking for a luxury hotel experience or the aesthetic—it was clean, comfortable, convenient, and exactly what I needed. I noticed quite a few reviews mentioning the proximity to the Tenderloin. While it is nearby, in my opinion Kasa is a few blocks removed from the more rough-around-the-edges areas, and I personally felt comfortable with the location. The lobby also felt very secure and, random bonus, smelled absolutely divine! Overall, this was a great stay, especially for a pet-friendly option in such a walkable part of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The hotel provided with everything you needed even a white noise machine and some earplugs to cancel out the traffic noise! shared kitchen was very clean and had everything you needed to cook for yourself and every guest seemed to respect any left overs in the fridge as well. The hotel is located perfectly where you can walk to many restaurants and public transportation

It was an absolutely wonderful stay for San Francisco and pokemon worlds! The host was super responsive and nice and the area had plenty of delicious restaurants nearby walking distance, the view from our room was amazing and the room was super clean, looked just like the pictures! We brought our doggie along and she enjoyed the stay just as much! We really loved our stay and plan to come back in the future! ❤️

Buena opción calidad precio pero el edificio es mucho más viejo de lo que aparenta en las fotos, exterior como interior y, aunque está limpio, podría estar mejor cuidado. El colchón tenía manchas, la ventana no cerraba y el asiento del WC estaba roto y era muy incómodo.
