We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again! The host was excellent—communication was always clear, responses were quick, and they were proactive in making sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The location couldn't have been better: safe, clean, and within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment had excellent amenities and was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, stress-free stay!

The location was great and overall good value for money. Check in was easy and concierge was friendly. The photos are representative so the unit we ended up in was smaller than I expected. The unit was clean, but some small bits starting to deteriorate. There are no block out blinds in the living room, so it was super bright early for those on the sofa couch.

Great stay, highly recommend.

Right in middle of downtown, very clean and plenty of space. I felt secure with the downstairs lobby and the area in general. Walkable to many coffee spots in the morning. Gym was clean and had plenty of machines. Will be back soon and very happy we will be staying here again.

Awesome stay. Already booked for my next visit back. Views are great and you’re right in the middle of everything in downtown Austin but with the safety of a secure lobby. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. Didn’t get to use the pool this time but looked very nice. The place is a bargain for what you get

I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment, which was big modern and bright. Well equipped and super helpful staff. Excellent gym facilities and communal areas, including workplace facilities and complementary teas and water. Exceeded our expectations on this front! Our kettle and hairdryer needed to be replaced, and once reported was actioned quickly. Great comms from staff. One point of feedback would be that the kitchen pots and pans etc are a bit tired and worn out. We extended our stay an extra day and appreciated the flexibility. If I’m back in Austin I’ll definitely stay here, and would highly recommend!

Place is at a great location, easy to find and get around town. Instructions were clear and the apartment was clean and very well equipped.

Great place to stay in Austin. Local to many great shops and restaurants, and the concert at Moody theater that I was in town for. Easy to check in, easy to access during your trip, and nice amenities.

Good alternative to hotels downtown. The building concierge is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is a nice bonus. Because my unit was on the ground floor and near the loading/service area, I could easily hear noise from the street or hallway. The bed could be more comfortable as well. These items were fine for me on this trip, but I would want other guests to be aware if they are very sensitive!

A True "Home Away From Home" I didn't know that this was some sort of Airbnb until I arrived, thinking it would be a regular hotel. The layouts and amenities available were top notch, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I was able to do laundry, bake a pizza, and use the wine glasses with a few coworkers. The location was somewhat discreet, hard to find if you don't pay attention to the provided instructions. The view from the balcony was perfect, giving an excellent skyline view of the city while still being somewhat obscured from the people walking or driving on the streets below. Very quiet atmosphere. The only slightly negative experience I had was that the iron was leaking water from the bottom of it, (from multiple spots on different sides, including the side where the power cord comes out), so it soaked the ironing board, bedsheets and part of the shirt that I was about to iron for a work-related event. Luckily, the washer and dryer in unit helped me out of that situation by drying out enough of the water and wrinkles that I still looked good at the event. Also, I received a prompt response when I accidentally locked myself out of the room, and I was able to get back in very quickly. I was really able to relax and reset my mind in this unit. Fantastic value. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

This is the second time I've stayed there and will hopefully stay again if back next year. Great apartment in a great location.

It was a lovely apartment building. Lots of great amenities the space was comfortable. The pool and guest coffee area downstairs was lovely. The kitchen had the basic cooking utensils and serveware. The beds were super comfortable, and the windows blocked out the street and traffic noise. Thank you so much. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay

Absolutely furious with the "customer service" which is seemingly a chat bot trying to be upbeat. Long story short, we were on the 15th floor and couldn't leave because the elevators were out. I'm disabled and unable to traverse 15 flights of stairs. We had a concert to go to, missed the entire day of getting to go out and explore the city during our stay and almost missed our concert. The responses were upbeat like we weren't totally inconvenienced and no responses were coming back for the repair estimated time. Then I thought I heard the elevator out in the hall when I was at my wits end as it was pretty much now or never to leave for the concert, and the email from the company (I had emailed and sent a text, no response to the texts for like 2 hours) and they said oh yes, it was up and running about an hour ago! Not cool, ruined an entire day of our vacation. Room was so-so. All furniture was cheap & uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets & fridge front were filthy. The bathroom was so cheap that the shower curtain rod fell right on me from the weight of one towel. One toilet seat screw was sheared off, so all wobbly. I just ordered a set delivered from Amazon to fix it. Not enough TP for our stay & they took 24 hours to get us more, so at about 12 hours we just went and bought some to the tune of 5X the normal price. However, there was one really shiny star to the whole stay and that was Carrie at the concierge desk. She is an absolute jewel!!!

The place itself is fine but the location is great Likes: It was in a good location, super central. The staff was nice. Dislikes: Room was quite dark, and when we turned on lights people could see into the room from outside. We didn’t like that our one window faced a busy street and were always nervous people could see into the room

Great clean stay. Had a weird thing where they personally texted me to let me know someone was let into the unit while i was there to replace a key fob. Very scary, especially staying alone. Besides that the place was beautiful, check in was seamless. Very polite staff. Clean unit! Overall amazing stay.

Had a great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Austin. The apartment was spacious and clean with great views (13th floor). The building was very nice with a great pool and well-equipped fitness room, and had a small grocery store in the building. The location is convenient to most key areas in Austin including 6th St, Rainey St, capitol area. It was only a short walk to the river and trails along the river. For cross-fit fitness types it was exactly 1.5 miles to an outdoor exercise area with pull-up bars, rings, etc. (across the river near Zilker Botanical Gardens). The staff was very helpful. Overall great and I would definitely stay there again.

This is a great place to stay if you want the downtown experience and want something more than a typical bedroom/bathroom hotel. Our two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen and living room was great, very clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend.

Pros: Great price and location - easy walk to the ACL. Staff in the building were delightful, attentive, and helpful. A friend slept on the pull out mattress from the couch and said they slept well. It was also a fun little walk to the bodega/convenience store/deli attached to the building. They have pretty much everything you could need in a punch. Including a Ramen station to make your instant Ramen right there if necessary. Cons: Parking was pretty limited but that didn't appear to be something Kasa was able to control - Kasa also limited my expectations on parking anyway, we just got lucky and found a space in the lot under the building. The hot water was very short lived. Lasted about 10 minutes - we all showered at different times in the morning or night so it wasn't because the 3 of us went right after each other.

First trip to Austin was amazing, and was made even better by staying here. It felt just like home, was in walking distance to so many things and short drives to others, had wonderful views in the evening, as well as gorgeous views of the sunrise. The furniture and decor was JUST RIGHT - not too much, not too little, and all perfectly functional. The building was well maintained and staff were kind & helpful. The hosts were incredibly proactive and responsive, gave spot on instructions for what to expect & how to proceed through check in and check out, and reached out a few times during the stay just to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here or other Kasa listings in the future!!
