Fantastic property in a GREAT area! The concierge that greeted us went above and beyond in familiarizing us with the building's amenities (24-hour coffee, how to access pool, how to get to a little grocery store without having to go outside). The few residents of the building that we did see were very friendly. If you are a dog person, you'll love this building...alot of friendly, well-behaved pooches. All the public places (lobby, elevators, hallways) were extremely clean. We LOVED the layout of the unit we rented (me, my husband and my 84 year old mom). Spacious, private, and we never heard a peep from any other residents while were were in the unit. We don't live in the city, so the outside "city noises" (trucks, horns, etc.) were noticeable, but not obnoxious. We loved having our morning coffee on the cute patio. Next time we are in Austin, we will definitely book this again! Thanks to the owners for making our Thanksgiving stress-free and comfortable. :)
