Absolutely loved this place.

Great for business travelers Great location with plenty of restaurants within 2 blocks.

Very clean & great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. It was a super easy check in/check out process. Great communication. The entire building was welcoming! Great location.

Kasa instructions and responses are quick and well-described. That said, I had some issues with needing to get out of a 2.5 month reservation due to major life changes and they would not change their 30-day penalty even with a 30-day notification which seemed egregious. They also lied initially and said they could not change it, but after about 3 phone calls with both airbnb and Kasa it was confirmed that they just didn't want to. Again this was with 30-day notice on my part. The cost they charged was also comically bad, I now am renting a nicer place on a 3 month lease with rental furniture and paying less than half what I was charged to stay with them. If you need a corporate rental, there are at least 4 options in Austin which will not charge you 30-day penalty if you need to change the move out date, and hopefully also not lie to you about their business decisions.

I haven't gotten to my stay and so far it's been the worst check in process of any place I have ever stayed. They have an app for a "Virtual check-in", which you scan identification documents. I used this over 20x and nothing worked. I had to call over 3x to get this resolved, where I had to take pictures to get them approved by their management. Their check in process is absolutely ridiculous. Saying my pictures must be blurry. I have a brand new Samsung S21 with the best camera I have had. Definitely not the problem. Anyways, I myself am never doing this again.

It was pretty nice!!

great and clean stay

They were very responsive to my messages. There were a couple cleanliness, maintenance issues but they worked to resolve them, although some took a few days. They compensated me for the wait which was nice but it is preferable to not have to deal with issues in the first place especially when paying the price of this place.

Nice convenient stay It was a nice stay. Wished the room was locayed on a higher floor or at least away from staff office. During office hours they slam the staff office door repeatedly ffom 6am to probably 5pm.

Nice place just a little expensive for two nights

Second visit to this property, which is a rarity for me. Ideal location, clean space and well appointed. I'll be back soon

This kasa apartment was awesome. Great location and great views of city. Kasa staff was very responsive.

I couldn’t have asked for more. This apartment is incredible: 1) location wise is perfect, 5-10 minutes walking or scootering to every possible way in downtown; 2) amazing natural light; 3) furniture and appliances relatively new and in great state; 4) the building is amazing great amenities!!!

Great spot with everything you need for a trip to Austin! Would stay again

Great location in Downtown Austin! The Whitley complex is very nice and it made the stay worth it. The room was nice and the king bed made it very comfortable. Many good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Lots of scooters were always nearby which made it easy to travel to Rainey Street or 6th Street

Terrible experience. Way way way over priced. Construction ongoing across the street constant. Smelly condos. Dirty. Will never do business with them ever again. Booked for one month and left early because it was unbearable.

Just what I was looking for: gated parking garage with electric vehicle charging, spacious suite and quiet at night.

Perfect location downtown. The room is a basic hotel style room on the first floor of an apartment building. Kind of noisy but the concierge was very nice and helpful

Great Location and place to stay in Austin! Can only recommend the Kasa.

Very clean and tidy place, close to just about everything! Service was outstanding and any questions we had were quickly addressed. 10/10

Great location. Make sure you read the detailed check-in instructions

Great location. Secure building with friendly staff. Apartment had everything I needed.

Great location, a few blocks from 6th street. The room is on the first floor, but the outside noise was not super noticeable. Overall it was a super clean, tidy, up-to-date, and welcoming apartment to stay in! Parked in a locked parking garage, and for only $15 total throughout our stay, comes with the total. Definitely would recommend for others to use.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for my birthday weekend! The building is so nice and the location is great! Check in was a bit of a pain having to temporarily park, then go up and get the room/parking garage key then come back down and park but it wasn't that bad and the temporary parking was right across the street so no biggie really. The room was better than I expected and it was like having our own apartment for the weekend. There is some construction going on but you will find that practically everywhere in downtown Austin right now and none of it bothered us noise wise. The only downside was there was no soap in the room and housekeeping didn't have any either but the Kasa staff are excellent at communicating and even gave me a gift card to go buy some soap of my choice which was nice. There weren't any trash bags in the trash cans and Sunday afternoon/evening we were blasted all day by music/residents partying at the pool which our apartment overlooked. It didn't bother us but it might others. We did want to extend our stay but the room was already book and there weren't any other vacancies at any of there locations which was a bummer but Kasa staff did give us a late checkout because it was my birthday which was nice. I would definitely 110% stay here again. Thanks Kasa!

All the residents I spoke to at The Whitley Place were very nice. I would commend TJ the Concierge attendant for his patience and assistance. Our arrival and check-in Friday night was a learning process.

It’s not bad, love the building and the people that work in the building are very nice.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent staycation at this property with a couple of friends recently and I hope we get a chance to do it again soon! Everything we wanted to visit in or near downtown Austin was easily accessible from this location and we especially loved the high-end grocery store next-door! Our unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable + the view was top-notch. I only wish we could have played for longer!

Great downtown location and spacious 1BR condo. Clean and comfortable. A bit challenging finding parking on street during check in. Great once garage was accessible.

Great stay

Great location

Great location, as mentioned below, there is street noise but that comes with staying anywhere in downtown. Has a small kitchen area similar to a hotel with the essentials ie fridge microwave sink. Would stay again!

The two bedroom two full bathroom family style apartment was perfect for a group of 6 people. Apartment was in a good location close to everything and was very clean. Pool was a nice amenity to have. Great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again on my next Austin trip!

Kasa was great at communicating with us, and we enjoyed our time there. The location is just great! The only problematic thing was the taps and drains. The bathroom drain didn't drain, the kitchen faucet didn't work, and the water from the fridge filter had a bad taste.

This is a full service luxury building (gym, pool, grills, Dog washing station, business center, espresso in the lobby) in a central downtown location. Our apartment had everything we needed including a large patio and a W/D. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a short term rental.

Stayed here over the new year holiday. A large space with clean rooms, bedding and amenities. Walking distance to tons of great food and bars. Check in and check out was convenient and simple without having to interact with anyone face to face. Had a great stay with friends!

Great location and communication! Will definitely stay here again!!

Communication is easy, but it feels more like an Airbnb experience than a hotel. The rooms are tiny and poorly lit. And I mean miniscule. But the worst thing is the $100 cleaner fee hidden in the price when making the reservation. It was a slap in the face. Why not include it in the price before booking? Also, beware, they will also take a $250 deposit that will take a few days after you leave to get deposited back into your account.

Great place in the center of downtown in Austin. Apartment was incredibly clean and great home base for a week in Austin. The amenities of the building are fantastic -- pool, gym, lounge, etc. Very easy check in and check out process. Would 100% stay here again!

great experience. highly recommend Kasa

Convenient location downtown, small but practical space. We very much enjoyed hanging by the pool and walking around downtown Austin. Only tip for visitors- Bring ear plugs!

The best location you can ask for—walkable distance to downtown and Rainey street. Very tidy place. Very clear instructions—written and video demo. Very covid friendly as I never saw or met the host. To clarify, during my stay, the noise was actually not from construction but the constant backdoor slamming throughout the night. It’s right next to the lobby so someone was vacuuming right outside the door at 7am. Other than that, wonderful spot. 10/10 would rent again!

Great location and space, easy check in and check out. Wouldn’t have guessed it was pet friendly because how well kept the place is. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Great stay

Awesome service! The apartment is nice and spacious. Bonus: Great location Downtown

Perfect location. Building is nice, good amenities. Being in the first floor your windows are on street level so keep that in mind. Overall good value, especially if you don’t plan on being in the room much.

Fantastic apartment. Modern and spacious one bedroom with up to date amenities. Also had two tables/desks for work stations! Kasa did an amazing job with communication as well. Highly recommend
