We ended up not staying at this property due to mold concerns. Upon arrival, there was a very strong odor that made us uncomfortable, and after looking around we suspected there might be mold. We immediately reached out to the host, but communication was very difficult and we didn’t receive timely or helpful responses. Unfortunately, we had to contact Airbnb support directly to get the reservation canceled. The place itself was beautiful, and if it didn’t have a mold or odor issue, it would have a lot of potential.
