My daughter and I stayed two nights mid-week to attend a matinee musical.
Likes:
-Early check-in was accommodated, which we were very grateful for! Not sure what we would've done for 3 hours hauling our chock-full backpacks around. Check-in instructions are VERY thorough.
-Location isn't the cleanest part of town, but we walked everywhere with no issues... Chinatown, Little Italy, East Village, and all the way to Central Park.
- White Noise Machine, mini-fridge, on-site free laundryroom, and rooftop terrace were all VERY much appreciated!
Dislikes:
-Could be better lit in the entry/hallway/closet area. it was pretty dark.
-Bed frame wasn't sturdy, and would shift/squeak anytime we moved.
-Cleaning crew left our door unlatched..anybody in the 8 story Kasa could've rifled through our room while we were gone.
-TV and wifi issues.
-Response from host about our room left open/tv/wifi took until the next day.
Overall, I would consider staying again, but hope the issues are addressed.
