The location is amazing! It can be a bit shady at night, but walkable.
The place is small, but unfortunately didn’t match the pictures. In the pictures there’s a small desk that we thought we could use for taking some meetings. However, the unit assigned to us didn’t have one. After a lengthy discussion online (since communication is only online, resolution can take some time), we were finally able to move to a different unit.
The new unit had some minor problems like the bathroom door wasn’t stopping, shower handle loose, bathroom tap loose, the toilet smells (not sure if a NYC thing) and so on. But it was functional. The sound isolation was pretty good given that’s New York, so we were able to sleep comfortably at night, just some ambulance or police noises once in a while.
Check-in and check-out instructions clear and went smoothly.
Given the good price is a good place to stay. For our needs, the location was unbeatable, but the problems made our stay not super pleasant.
