Awesome area, compact room but well fitted out. This is a professionally run AirBnb they have customer support people over chat and the occasional on-site staff. Automated entry, text alerts etc. Overall very well run, technically competent, responsive.
Room was small, but that's just NYC I guess.
Rates went up during my stay since the US open was in town, or I would have liked to stay longer.
Never met or talked to anyone in the building, which was a bit odd.
Area is noisy - why else would you stay in LES? There's some kind of club in the basement, but I was on the 2nd floor and it was fine.
Overall I loved this place!
