I spent 8 nights there, and it was exactly what I was looking for—a home away from home in the most amazing neighborhood. Everything was close by, and I used the tram quite a bit, which was less than a 10-minute walk away. I also visited the park, less than a 15-minute walk, many times to play pickleball. I made good use of the dishwasher, clothes washer, and dryer—they were all very easy to use.

Was perfect for our group of four. This place is so clean and smells fabulous!

My family and I spent some time there and enjoyed every minute of it. The Kasa Little Italy San Diego was clean, with amazing views and the perfect location. We walked around and took the trolley down to Old Town San Diego. I definitely recommend Kasa Little Italy San Diego.

I was not expecting to have my socks knocked off by Kasa, but that’s what happened! I had a busy conference week and was very comfortable with my Kasa stay.

Such an amazing stay with amazing amenities!! Very walkable area that is just a couple blocks away from several restaurant spots. Very nice building where this unit resides

Overall place and the location is great but I advise that they could improve their response time and aim to address guest requests as soon as possible, rather than taking up to 48 hours to complete them.

I liked the location, it felt like our second home

This is an excellent property. It's not like a traditional hotel but it's even better. Very clean. Spacious room. Equipment all new and everything is well though of. Great for family trips. Great value for the price. Exceeding my expectations by far. I am very glad I chose Kasa for my trip to San Diego.

The space was great! It was clean, in a great location, and had so many amenities we could take advantage of. The sauna and gym were amenities we took full advantage of. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome day!!! Everything was just wonderful!!!! Had the best time in Little Italy. Parking was a breeze. Just look for the "Reserved for Kasa " spots. Don't forget to grab the key fob hanging by the front door. This gets you back into the buildings front door. Had a great time and look forward to coming back soon for more pizza!!!!!!

We visit San Diego every year. Now I decided to stay here every year. Trip with my dog.

If you're reading this it's your sign to stay here! Check in/out is fast and easy. Our room was clean and spacious. Restaurants are close by and walking distance. This place has a gym, pool, and game room. Next time I am in San Diego I will definitely stay at Kasa again !

Fantastic hotel/ apartment, can’t wait to go back! My husband and I stayed for three nights at KASA little Italy, San Diego. The room was extremely clean, we had a one bedroom with balcony overlooking the harbor. It is a spacious kitchen, dining area, living area, and nice size bedroom, big bathroom, very large walk-in closet. Lots of storage cabinets as well. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit and they provide laundry detergent. In the kitchen, everything is well stocked, big bowls, big coffee, cups plates, silverware salt, and pepper, coffee )decaf and reg), sugar, cutting boards , pots and pans, microwave, full-size refrigerator, freeze, etc. The towels in the bathroom are very nice and big. We found it to be relatively quiet no problem sleeping. Overall, we had an incredible stay. Also, you enter the parking structure on Ash, the only issue we had is once you enter it is very confusing where the guests are to park. As well, in the bathroom there were no towel racks or hooks to hang anything. Nevertheless, we can’t wait to go back and stay at KASA Little Italy. We also found the neighborhood safe to walk and there are hundreds of eateries everywhere, especially in Little Italy.

Kasa little Italy, San Diego fantastic place Kasa Little Italy, San Diego is fantastic. The one bedroom unit we had with balcony overlooking seaside was very comforting, welcoming, Spic and span, a delight to come home to. The kitchen is large and very well stocked with big coffee cups, big cereal, bowls, plates, cutting boards, knives, coffee, maker, microwave, a very large refrigerator and freezer,etc.. There is an enormous walk-in closet, plus lots of storage cabinets. The one bedroom is quite a nice size. The bathroom is very large and the shower as well. There is convenient parking downstairs in the garage at a price. The garage parking for guests is very confusing, it needs signs where the guests should park. Overall, we had a great stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend for family Perfect location and the place is everything you need for a small family. From wash and dryer, to a fully equipped kitchen and only minutes away from Little Italy and all the great sightseeing spots. The gym and the pool are awesome as well. We would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Kasa! The amenities were top notch. Cold plunge, sauna and the rooftop area are amazing. The split floor plan was nice. The location is great walking distance to Little Italy, Gas Lamp and the ferry. The only con is that the apartment gets a little warm during the day and takes awhile to cool down.

I have nothing to fault at Kasa, I wish I could move here! I was in town for a conference for a week. The rest of my colleagues were at a conference hotel but I wanted something different. Staying here made me feel so at home and relaxed. The apartment was just perfect, really stylish and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer! In the building is a great amenities floor with outdoor pool, gym, sauna, ice bath, reformer pilates. I was really pleased to find time to make use of the sauna and ice bath in particular. I wouldn't hesitate to stay her again and recommended it to everyone I spoke to. If I could rate 6 stars I would.

I was very nervous about this being staffless, but this was amazing. Clear direction, easy parking, entry codes gave no problems, clean room and everything we needed in walking distance. Will definitely stay again

Perfect for a city break We had a fantastic break here. It’s in a great location and the amenities are perfect. The pool is lovely. I’ll be looking at Kasa for my next trip instead of a regular hotel. Just make sure you go into the correct parking entrance, we and another guest went in the wrong one and were wondering why our code wasn’t working but that was on us.

Beautiful Apartment & Top-Notch Amenities — But Be Aware of Construction Noise We recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and were thoroughly impressed with the amazing property. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for our stay. Its location near Little Italy was ideal—close to restaurants, cafes, and the waterfront. The on-site amenities were outstanding: we enjoyed the game room, a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and a stunning rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city. Truly amenities galore!!! The only reason we are unable to give a higher rating is due to the significant construction noise that occurred throughout our stay. Jackhammering began around 9:30 PM on weeknights and continued into the early morning hours, with additional construction activity in another area starting at 4:40 AM. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms was situated directly above the most disruptive area. When we reached out by text to the management company to inquire about the possibility of switching rooms, we were asked to email a video of the noise before a decision could be made. Given that we were in town for our daughter’s college graduation—with multiple events planned and a full schedule—we simply didn’t have the flexibility to pack up and relocate, even if that option had ultimately been offered. We appreciated that the owners provided white noise machines and earplugs, which was a thoughtful gesture—but sadly, they weren’t enough to block the level of noise we experienced. We’ve included a photo taken from our balcony to help illustrate the extent of the disruption. This is a beautiful property with exceptional amenities, and in a quieter season, it would be a perfect stay. If you're sensitive to noise or traveling for rest, it’s worth inquiring about the construction status before booking.

There is construction happening next door and they don’t let you ask for a room away from the construction noise when you are reserving.

Loved every bit of this location. Parking and finding the location was a breeze, the room was beautiful and clean. Close to everything you need, gym and pool were awesome, will definitely stay again.
