We had an amazing vacation in the perfect apartment for a couple and a pup. The unit was CLEAN, modern, and perfectly appointed. We loved the Little Italy location and were appreciative of the ongoing communication regarding check-in, check-out, etc. I highly recommend Kasa!

Clean, modern, and most of the information was accurate and timely. It is self-service and mostly automated hotel though, so be prepared to communicate primarily through chat (and I think with a chatbot).

The apartment served my needs well. It was spacious and very comfortable (bed, couch, etc.). It also had all the cookware I needed for my stay and more than enough storage. It’s also well-insulated from neighbor and street noise — I occasionally heard people in the hallway but did not hear construction noise unless my balcony door was open. (There is ongoing construction in the area.) Staff were very responsive by text to my questions. I would definitely stay there again if I were in San Diego and wanted to be in the same area. I do want to note that some of the design seems to be “biased” toward taller people — I’m slightly above average height for women and the hangers in the storage area were above my head; I also I had to stand on tiptoes to reach the dryer controls. (The apartment has a full size stacked washer and dryer so it’s pretty tall. Not sure what could be done about that but people might want to be aware.)

Man, this place is stupid nice. I was about to book a "traditional" hotel downtown but we are so glad we switched to this place. The description of the amenities is accurate but inadequate - it is much nicer than you think you could get in downtown San Diego. Our family of 4 loved this place. Just book it.

The kasa was absolutely amazing!! Our rooms were clean, and bright and had a lot of amenities right there in our room! (Washer/dryer, a fully functional/stocked kitchen, and a little furnished balcony!) the only two cons that I could really think of were the water pressure of the shower and the thermostat system seemed to have a mind of its own haha but all in all it was very worth it! And the staff were very quick to respond about anything we needed!!

Great location right next to Little Italy. The hotel was fabulous, with large rooms, decorated well, and very clean. Lots of amenities on site. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool due to the weather but would have loved to sunbath there and use the cabanas. Only complaint is we asked for an extra blanket for the pull out couch and since we asked after 5pm, there was no on site to get it to us that same night.

Likes: New facility in quite district of San Dieogo, with very clear check-in instructions and lots of amenities including pool and parking (paid). Everything was clean and nice. Dislikes: I choose the "Pay Later" option when making the booking but they charged the card before the mentioned date, actually few days later the booking. So, it will be nice to choose "Pay Now" in order to save money; no need to pay more just for 7-10 days.

Kasa is a clean, modern, comfortable stay. The bed is comfy, the suite is spacious, and everything is provided, even a washer and dryer. In San Diego, it's a perfect spot if you want to use Amtrak or the Trolley. Surrounded by many restaurants in Little Italy, you'll have many delicious coffee or meal choices. The apartment is very well stocked if you choose to cook there. The whole 7th floor is a gym. The staff is available by phone or text if they aren't there in the apartment complex. Kasa is a great place to stay in San Diego.

We took a small family trip to San Diego and decided to stay here. We liked the studio; it was perfect for my wife and our two small kids. The location is great, within walking distance of several restaurants and more. However, the parking fee is $50 per night.

Great spot. Amazing amenities. The only thing is that you don’t know what floor/view you’ll get. Got the studio close to the elevator and could hear people in corridor talk etc while in bed…:(

The best VRBO experience in a downtown area. Easy access. Neat and clean rooms. Well maintained and tons of amenities to enjoy. Very convenient location. Very friendly front desk and safety measures. The luggage lockers and parking options were very convenient. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended. The host communicated well in advance of every detail we need to a seamless check in and stay… The photos and details mentioned on the VRBO/Expedia sites were all clear and spot on..so double checking that and selecting the room would rule out any issues

Everything was so so wonderful! Such a beautiful place. The amenities were incredible! Only complaint is the cost of parking is a bit overpriced. We decided to skip the garage parking and did street parking and it went fine. It cost us a lot less!

Full apartment was excellently furnished. Pots, pans, silverware, bake sheets, bowls, plates, cups. Beds were comfortable. The building was beautiful with indoor/outdoor seating, exercise equipment, pool and hot tub. Best location ever in Little Italy. So very many excellent coffee shops and restaurants and farmers market easily with in walking distance, most with outdoor seating. Felt very safe walking around. Was about half mile to the ocean, walked down there a few times. Definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at Kasa Little Italy was definitely top notch. Everything from check in to check out was very simple and straight forward. We even received a hand written note upon walking through the door and a gift they set out for our wedding anniversary. This was very nice as I did not ask for this they just did it out of the kindness of their heart. It is the little things that go a long way. We felt right at home as if it was our own apartment even if we were only staying one night. The amenities were very nice and easily accessible. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to coming back here again. I will recommend this spot to everyone I come across. Thank you again for everything. Great job and we will see you again Kasa Little Italy 🫰

This was an excellent experience! The remote check-in was sooth and the staff were receptive. The apartment/hotel went above and beyond our expectations- clean, spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable, beds were amazing. It was like being in a home away from home. Highly recommend 👌
