Muy buena ubicación, nosotros fuimos por el maratón de rock n’ roll y la meta está a unas cuadras, llegar a la salida está caminando unos 30min. Muy céntrico, las amenidades muy buenas.

Dirty and dusty. Not cleaned well. Otherwise great

precioso lugar, la alberca y el jacuzzi muy lindos, el departamento nuevo

Fantastic property, but staff hospitality needs consistency- This place is just great! The location is perfect, within walking distance of many incredible restaurants, local attractions, and the marina. The views and location alone are well worth the price. Additionally, the beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. However, our experience with the building staff was highly inconsistent. While some team members were wonderful, others showed a marked difference in how they treated us compared to full-time residents. We were confronted about unwritten food and amenity rules by staff members who were passive-aggressive rather than informative and professional. It left a bad taste in our mouth and made our group feel unwelcome and unfairly targeted. KASA needs to ensure building staff treat paying short-term guests with the same decency as everyone else.

Great stay, perfect location with a modern room and amazing amenities!

Kasa excellent place to stay. I usually stay at the westin until i found this place. Make you feel like you are not traveling with full amenities. The room is great the gym and sauna are fantastic

This was such a delightful place to stay. The room was clean and we appreciated all the amenities. The two gentlemen at the desk were always pleasant and helpful. They were quick to respond to our one simple need. The location was perfect for us, very safe and a pedestrian friendly neighborhood, great food, and only a tram ride away from the rest of the city. We would stay again for sure.

Perfect for our family. We had a great experience at Kasa Little Italy. The location was wonderful and the gym was very nice. Check in and check out were very easy and smooth!

traveled with family. would definitely stay again if I were solo; the bed itself is comfortable. The sofa hideaway bed was very uncomfortable, used the topper tucked in the closet made it manageable, but still hard on the back. Otherwise great location , awesome amenities. very nice fitness center. The parking fee was steep.

This is more Airbnb than hotel. There is zeroooo customer service. Literally no one. Mind you this is actually an apartment building, so you’re using one of the apartment rooms to stay in. No maid service or towel service nothing. We did ask if someone could come and they told us it was a $75 charge. Definitely not what you expect/want when you book a hotel. The residents are a little rude as well because the amenities are shared. It’s like this apartment is double dipping without actually taking any responsibility for the “hotel” guests.

This was a great hotel that we used. It was centrally located. Parking was so easy. It was very spacious for the family. Very clean. Not enough good things to say about this hotel

Everything was very good. Just that there was construction happening nearby which had lot of noise in the wee morning hours. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

The building was in a great area, close to restaurants and night life. The gym was fantastic with great equipment. Just wish they would’ve had the password for the peloton but that didn’t stop the workout…the sauna made up for any disappointment. Kasa staff were very prompt at responding to any inquiries, and went over and beyond to return an item that was left in the room after our departure. Will be my go to location when I’m in San Diego.

Great location and super easy to get around and explore downtown San Diego and little Italy! We really enjoyed our stay and will try to rebook next time we are in the area. Everything was clean and had great amenities!

Great place in the heart of downtown. Roof pool and hot tub were quiet and a total vibe. Onsite parking was convenient (though a little pricey $50/day) and easy to access from inside the building.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Little Italy ⭐️ Absolutely loved my stay at Kasa Little Italy San Diego. The location is perfect — walkable to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront. The room felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with incredible city views and a very comfortable bed. Check-in was seamless and the self-service experience was surprisingly easy and convenient. The atmosphere felt upscale yet relaxed, making it perfect for a weekend with friends. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities exceeded expectations. You can tell the team really cares about the guest experience. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in San Diego.

Perfect for families. 11/10 We went with our 5 and 8 year old and grandparents. The building and apartment were beautiful. The pool is heated and there is a hot tub. It is walking distance to two playgrounds and the bay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It was a great experience.

An absolute luxurious, modern gem in the heart of Little Italy If you are looking for the perfect blend of modern luxury, unbeatable convenience, and top-tier amenities, look no further. This place is an absolute masterpiece. The Location: A Walkable Paradise Situated right in the vibrant heart of Little Italy, the location alone is worth five stars. We were surrounded by incredible dining and energy, while still being an easy, scenic stroll away from the harbor. To top it off, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Petco Park, making it an absolute dream for catching a game or event without dealing with traffic or rideshare hassles. The Space: Modern, Luxurious, and Massive The design of the property is stunning—very sleek, modern, and high-end. But what really sets this accommodation apart is the functional luxury. It truly feels like a lavish home away from home. You simply can’t beat having your own in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped, full-size kitchen, and a beautifully designed living room to relax in. The bathroom is absolutely huge, sparkling clean, and feels like a private spa oasis. Plus, the keyless entry system made coming and going seamless and secure. World-Class Amenities & Staff The amenities here are completely on point and rival any five-star resort: The Fitness Facilities: An upscale gym packed with brand-new, premium equipment, plus dedicated spaces for a sauna, massage therapy, and a pilates room. The Lounge & Pool: A beautiful, welcoming lounge area located in the 7th floor that flows out to a gorgeous outdoor pool and jacuzzi—perfect for unwinding I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be booking another stay the next time I'm in town

Kasa Little Italy was very good value for the cost. Great amenities in the building and in each room. Eduardo was super helpful in making sure we were taken care of and the directions were easy to follow to get in and out. We were able to enjoy a great weekend with our cat.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our 5 and 8 year old. There were six of us total. We unexpectedly were able to put the kids in the walk in closet on a queen air mattress. It worked out great. The pool was warm and they had a hot tub. The apartment building is top notch. The staff was great. The community space was perfect for hosting the rest of our family. The location was also great. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We will definitely be back.

Kasa is an un-paralleled option if you want to enjoy luxury apartment living in San Diego for the price of a high-end hotel stay. The rooms are immaculate and fully equipped with all the amenities, including dishes and cooking utensils. This is the definition of a luxury home away from home. I will only stay at Kasa when I'm in San Diego.

A wonderful and memorable stay We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The location was great, and our one-bedroom suite was very spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light, with a beautiful water view. Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained. Since we had mentioned in advance that this trip was a special anniversary celebration for us, the hotel prepared a thoughtful surprise that made our stay even more memorable and meaningful. It was such a warm and lovely gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here.

A great experience overall! Likes: The location and the facilities were nice ! Dislikes: I feel the 7th floor needs to be better equipped with water , coffee supplies etc . Also, the apartments should be serviced at least in 2 to 3 days at no additional cost

This was such a top notch experience for our family- the place was beautiful, clean, so well located close to trolley and Little Italy. The pool deck, social areas and gym were all amazing- we were so impressed by how lovely the entire facility was! Will definitely come back

Great apartment with lots of room. Service was outstanding as well; very helpful and always timely with their responses. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in a great location. Walkable to lots of great places and a really nice neighbourhood. It was easy to find and check instructions were clear. The apartment itself was great for a short stay. It was clean, spacious with a great kitchen and nice view from the balcony. Perfect for a short stay in SD

Amenities and room were great

We drove from Arizona and Getting to Kasa was super easy with the directions and photos that were sent to us. When we walked into the condo, it felt like home. It’s on the edge of Little Italy and four blocks from the bay. We had a room with a view of the bay. It was nice to see boats, ships and cruise ships come and go. The condo had everything you needed. A full kitchen, nice living room, sitting room and bathroom. Only issue was the shower head has a restrictor, so the flow isn’t all that great. We spent 4 nights, used Uber to certain restaurants and a baseball game. Parking is plentiful on Kasa’s floor and easy in and out privileges. We give our experience 5 stars and will certainly be back b Thank You Kasa. Bill and Pete

We will be back! Perfect location to explore San Diego with a very efficiently designed space. Don't need to be anxious about the virtual front desk aspect (I was), every time I had a concern, they were promptly texting and more times that not, there was an actual person at the lobby helping with little things. In actuality, much more efficient and safe than big hotels in many ways.

Kasa was a great value compared to Hotels in the area and offered much more. 1st, square footage was twice what u would get with a hotel. Second, amenities hands down were amazing. Full kitchen, comfortable living area with a patio facing the bay and a clean bathroom with a huge shower. Oh and a washer and dryer. Not only did we get directions on how to get to Kasa, it included photos so u were sure of where you needed to go. Kasa is on the South side of Little Italy, so plenty of great restaurants that are walkable. The bay is a short walk, about 5 blocks and you’re there. Closing, it will be hard to stay at a Hotel any time in the future after our stay at Kasa. Our only issue was the water pressure to the shower head. But we do know California has restrictions on the pressure because of a drought just like us in Arizona, so as not to have waste running down the drain. 5+ stars all around. Thank you Kasa for a great place for us to relax and enjoy. Pete and Bill

I had the pleasure to stay at Kasa Little Italy for a few days while visiting my daughter. Superb rooms, great amenities and perfect location. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Location is super walkable and appreciate the responsiveness. You get a link with all the property information, which was helpful. It’s pricey, but luxurious. Our balcony was giant! I do recommend bringing an eye mask if you prefer sleeping in a darker setting, but the big windows really showed off the city!

Exceptional. Amazing! Loved our stay at Kasa! Terrific location, excellent staff including responsiveness to requests. Parking easy downstairs and direct to our room. Thank you so much Kasa!

This is a great place to stay. The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The location is perfect right in Little Italy, but the apartment was quiet. Will definitely be back,

Exceptional Exceptional! Excellent customer service from Michael to Edward to Eugene the manager! Loved how the parking garage was downstairs taking us directly to our unit. We will definitely book again!

So beautiful here. I can’t wait to come back!

Easy check in, great location, and an abundance of amenities. Kasa was one of the pet friendly places we found on our trip to Little Italy, and we are glad we booked it. The hotel/apartments are nice, staff is friendly, and we were walking distance to great cafes and restaurants.

Rooms were very clean 👌 no complaints.. Actually, Unit is (2) bedroom, complete with washer and dryer for laundry, awesome refrigerator, great stove, corner unit with good views....Air Conditioner is fantastic... Parking is garage and underground, secured... Unit is walking 🚶‍♂️ distance to Little Italy, Farmers Market on Saturdays, Seattle Port Village and many local restaurants...

My family loved their stay in Kasa Little Italy. The location was perfect we loved being able to walk down to the harbor and catch breakfast. It was also very easy to get to the Zoo by car from this location.

Lovely place - lovely area - need to change to good beds Likes: Great place - little Italy area with lovely Italian restaurants and beach at walking distance Dislikes: The sleeping bed Not good at all

The place is in an excellent location. It’s definitely quieter than downtown or Gaslamp. Some people might prefer that busier vibe but we didn’t. The place itself is first class. For a city pool and resort area, you won’t find better. And the customer service is excellent. We had some issues with the ventilation system but kasa reps were very communicative and helpful. I don’t think it’s possible to find better value for money.
