Great room, but missing equipment.
Likes: The apartment was nice (Queen studio), clean and modern, with a sizeable, equipped kitchen and a very nice bathroom. Location is great, buses go everywhere basically straight from the hotel door. We did not rent a car and got to explore Denver quite easily. We also got an early check-in per request, despite it said "rejected" in the booking app, which was pleasant. The 24/7 chat assistance was responding pretty quickly
Dislikes: There is no washing machine, nor dryer in the unit, despite being listed! The remote assistance was also unable to provide any substitute laundry service, even though there were doors labeled "laundry and luggage storage" on the same floor. Also, hot water stopped running one morning, but accidents can happen in any hotel and the issue was fixed during the day, (here the remote assistance worked well). Overall, the stay was satisfying, but missing the listed washing machine was a bummer, especially when you pick a hotel as the last stop on a longer trip, to "recover".
