The place was nice & roomy & the neighborhood seemed fine as well. However, the complex was dealing with some sort of sewer overflow issue during our stay & the smell became unbearable and seemed unfit for anyone to stay, (and walk through the sewer flooded halls to come and go) not to mention a cancer patient staying in the area to receive treatment. I reached out to Kasa about this issue and they were very responsive but just said they would check with their people onsite. Then when I cancelled the listing 5 days early due to the awful smell and unfit conditions for a cancer patient, they did not want to refund me. Very unfortunate situation on top of an already unfortunate situation. However, the place was nice, very roomy and pretty clean, so I think without the sewage issues, it would have been a nice stay. I tried to leave very amicably and even cleaned the place up, and took care of the laundry, trash, lights, and a/c but I didn’t feel the mutual respect for the situation.
