We had a really bad experience with Kasa. I followed everything check-in instructions say and ended up my car got towed in the morning of the last day of stay. The interesting part is parking status in the app showed “Expired” in the midnight while my stay still available until the afternoon. When I ask for support, they sent me the name of tow company to ask if they towed and it doesnt even exist. I have to look up by GPS to know where my car was, and when we came to get the car, it is completely different company. No one holds responsibility for resolving the problem and I had to do by myself. After that, they told me to send them the ticket and invoice I have paid, then they refused to take care of it and told me I have to work with tow company, tow company said just received the call from management and came to tow it, nothing to do with it. Now Im in the middle, no one can do anything and I lost my money.
Not recommended!! Please stay away from this place if you dont want your car to get towed and lose money and time. TERRIBLE!!!!
