I enjoyed my stay at Kasa! It was very close to airport and convenient for my business trip. I felt safe staying alone. The host was very clear with instructions and communicated well. The bed was super comfy! It was a decent price and I like how comfortable the entire stay was. ❤️

Our code stopped working to get in the garage. It was not resolved until I reached out twice. The hairdryer looked like a hazard from 1980. The giant heavy bathroom door stays closed- cause if you open it, you cannot get in and out of the apartment (it direct blocks that, or, the bedroom entrance).

Everything was smooth. very clear instructions

Extremely impressed I was actually pretty shocked at how much I enjoyed this stay-- the apartment was VERY clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I was a little bit sad to go home at the end of my business trip. They included a bunch of really thoughtful amenities (tons of extra TP & paper towels, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher and laundy detergent etc) that really made it feel like home.

Check-in was very easy and the room was immaculately clean. They included lots of little home amenities to make sure that you have everything you need (laundry detergent, extra paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, and tissues) which made all the difference. The only drawback is that you can hear upstairs neighbors walking, but so far they have stopped by 10pm and I've slept very well with earplugs. (Airplanes from the nearby airport may wake you up in the morning if you are a light sleeper.) The bed is really comfortable!

Nice place to stay very clean. Clear instructions on checking in. The only confusing thing was parking but glad I was able to call and get help with that. Many towels & stocked supplies.

It is close to everything! Very clean and easy check-in, I enjoyed my stay.

The apartment was just as described and very clean. Check-in and check-out were super easy, which made things stress-free. Parking was a little confusing at first — some spots on the ground level were reserved, and it could be tough to find an open space in the evening. The apartment itself was spotless, aside from a washcloth left on the shower curtain rod in the master bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to the airport and great restaurants. Overall, a really nice stay, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was roomy. Very clean and perfect for our trip! The roommate floor plan offered plenty of privacy and space. We loves it!

Central location, near the airport. Easy to navigate once we figured out where to park. Only issue was the bathtub. Unable to give our five year old a bath due to a condensation drip line that drained into the bathtub. But the shower was just fine.

The actual room was very good, however on the last night there in the morning we go out to the gated garage and our car was missing it had been towed. Apparently if you DON'T put thier little tag for your mirror up they will allow a towing company to come in and simply take your car. I had spoken to a gentleman the day we arrived about the parking and he never mentioned at all how important it was to have their tag hanging from your mirror or else your vehicle will be towed even though Kasa had all our information that they required. We visit Dallas multiple times a year but never again will we return to the place.

Very clean, spacious, and functional. Hot water, nice towels, three TVs no less, and only 7 mins drive to Love Field airport. Only drawback is it is slightly in the middle of nowhere, so not ideal for tourists. You enter through the parking lot and the hallways are bit prison concrete-y, but the keypad instructions are clear and everything works. Starbucks is 10 mins walk past construction and empty lots, so don't go expecting neighborhood charm. That said, there is a fantastic hole-in-the-wall MIddle Eastern lunch place in next street, Samad Cafe, where they do homemade lamb shank stew for $20, etc. You literally walk in past a bunch of junkyard cars in the front yard, but if you like downhome kebab and rice, it's perfect. Would happily stay there again.

I had the most horrible experience here with my fiancée. We paid for the room a week in advance with a confirmation. We drove 14 HOURS to get to this hotel and were told our room was canceled and a refund would take 5-10 business days DURING CHECK IN TIME. My fiancée decided to book us a fun stay to get away from work and explore new states. Unbeknownst to us, they perform a background check DURING CHECK IN and that his background came back as potential risk. His background was from 17 years ago which had nothing to do with theft, assault, sex offender, or anything of that nature. We do not care about the background check being performed, we care about the timing and the poor communication of the staff. We were supposed to receive an email the day after confirmation or 3 hours before check in. We had to call to inquire about it (unprofessional) and then all this foolery followed when we were already there. We had to call multiple times after getting off the phone initially because someone would “reach out” and of course didn’t. We didn’t get any answers about a cancellation until we spoke to the 3rd person. We were stranded and felt humiliated and embarrassed. We found another hotel called Residence Inn in Addison Tx. Much better, much cheaper, extra friendly staff, more amenities, breakfast included, 24/7 front desk reception, and the same apartment style living closer to downtown. Unlike the virtual front desk idea. I would never recommend Kasa Love to anyone. They should be ashamed for how they treat their guest, who found interest and were willing to spend money with them.
