10/10 Exceptional
Stay here!!
I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Dallas! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Check-in was simple, the property felt safe and welcoming, and the whole place had such a modern, comfortable vibe.
The size, cleanliness, and price of the apartment were truly bar none. It felt so spacious and spotless, and I couldn’t believe the value compared to a traditional hotel. Having that much room to relax made all the difference in my trip.
On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. Anytime I had a question, the team responded quickly and with genuine care. They were proactive, efficient, and really made me feel looked after — which isn’t always the case with contactless stays.
The location worked perfectly for me, and the amenities were a big bonus. Between the [pool/gym/parking — whichever you used], it felt like I had everything I needed right at my fingertips.
I’d 100% stay here again and recommend Kasa to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, value, and service — exactly what you want when you’re away from home.
