Me encantó quedarme en Kasa! Es la segunda ves que me quedo y es increíble. Siempre todo es encantador y de fácil acceso.

Great area, easily walkable to anywhere in downtown

The apartment is lovely, clean, and well-maintained, and the location is excellent. It is conveniently close to the subway, grocery stores, shops, museums, and major sightseeing attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. However, there are some significant downsides. The temperature control is very limited, as there is no option to choose between heating and AC, and the only solution is to turn the system off. This means the apartment can become either uncomfortably hot or cold. Opening the windows helps with ventilation, but the outside noise is very loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Another disappointment was the communication with management. Because this is a corporate Airbnb operation, the responses felt rather formulaic and generic, with little effort to understand the problem or offer a practical solution. Enjoyed our stay! Walkable to everything we wanted to do in the area! The unit was great. Only downside was room was warm and could not control thermostat. Regardless, would definitely book again and will use Kasa for future accommodations! One thing to note, we had a hard time requesting a Lyft/ubers at the location not sure why…

This place is so not worth the money. For how much we paid we expected a higher quality apartment. It was extremely small, the pictures make it look like a one bedroom…it’s not. It’s a studio. There was no Brita pitcher or option to request one. You have to go down to the Aldis to get water. The balcony was underwhelming with a rusted table that was chipping. The frame to the balcony door was higher than the floor, so we often tripped over it getting in and out. No sign to watch your step btw. But two big signs about no smoking on the balcony door…priorities. The bathroom was a bit icky. The sink water pressure was low. There was a blind missing on the window. The elevator takes a really long time when it’s busy and it’s very loud in the hallway when people get in and out of the elevator and their apartments. We could hear the noise in the unit. The kitchen was fine but some dishes were sticky. Overall this should cost a lot less or it needs to be upgraded.

A comfortable studio with room for improvement . Likes: I stayed at Kasa Magnificent Mile (super location) for 11 nights (12 days) in a spacious, 55-square-metre “Deluxe” Queen Studio with a balcony. It was clean and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. . The studio was generously stocked with extra bed linen, towels, kitchen paper, and toiletries—particularly convenient for a longer stay. The traditional stacked washer–dryer was also easy to use, once I received instructions. . Kasa offers 24/7 virtual support and an on-site front desk with limited daily hours. . Overall, an enjoyable stay with plenty of space and thoughtful supplies. A few maintenance improvements would make it even better. . See photos. Dislikes: The apartment showed some wear and would benefit from updating. Most electrical outlets did not work, and the window shutters had a missing slat and could not be adjusted. The bathroom also needed attention, with a very small bathtub and a basic, institutional-style toilet. The shower pressure was adequate, although I would have preferred a stronger flow.

The view was beautiful. It was peaceful. This is my first time in Chicago and being able to do everything that I needed to do on feet was the best. The only thing I did not like is when you park you better not move that car because they’re gonna charge you every time I paid for a weekend park. I left out the 2nd night to tour the city when I came back, there was a no reentry without paying another fee after I had already paid $50 to park for three days that could’ve been my fault. Maybe I didn’t read all the way through, but that’s just a heads up overall great location. Anything you want anything you need you can do it on feet from food to convenience stores. Whatever you want, not even a half a mile away.

Excellent location, excellent communication, excellent people in the building (employees and neighbors). Every comfort of home at a reasonable price. We stayed for a week and enjoyed that we didn't need a car to get around other than using Uber. Great restaurants in walking distance. Aldi's and Whole Foods are both on the same block. Great time as we saw the Chicago Marathon right down the street. And, walked to the Columbus Day parade and stood side by side with the Grand Marshall, Tony Danza 🤫

I was not sure what to expect. This was such a great surprise. It was a lovely apartment with a balcony. Great location, price and friendly desk person.

Easy check in. Great location. Large clean space. Kitchen even had a pizza cutter to manage our deep dish takeout!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kasa in Chicago! The pictures don’t do justice to the incredible view in person. The condo is beautiful, super comfortable, and so cozy that you almost don’t want to leave! It has absolutely everything you could possibly need to feel right at home, and the location is fantastic. Whole Foods is just a two minute walk away, and you’re close to so many attractions, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. The instructions were also very clear, detailed, and helpful, which made the entire stay smooth and stress free. We truly loved this place and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Chicago. Highly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and well located place to stay!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The building is incredibly comfortable, modern, and equipped with great technology. The apartment itself is very spacious, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. The location is perfect, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. It’s also just a short distance from Michigan Avenue, one of Chicago’s main tourist attractions. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Place was like a small studio apartment. Would be good for an extended stay Only problem was the heater not working so mornings were a bit chilly inside

Começando pelo processo de pré check-in e check-in, tudo é muito organizado. O acesso a acomodação também é muito simples e eficaz. O espaço é bem agradável, climatizado e aparado de utensílios domésticos que permitem aos hóspedes fazerem refeições na acomodação de forma muito confortável. A localidade é sensacional. Perto da Michigan Avenue, ALDI, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Giordano's, estações de trem principais e também linhas de ônibus chave que te levam desde ao Lincoln Park até o Navy Pier. Não nos sentimos inseguros em nenhum momento, mesmo ao sair de madrugada no momento do check-out. Os elevadores são rápidos, e por vezes sempre vazios. A staff do prédio é amigável e auxilia sempre que necessário. Com certeza recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar no Kasa!

The Kasa Magnificent Mile location always makes us feel like we are welcomed home, especially by both Kasa representatives whom we see every time we stay. They are both amazing. The location is perfect and it feels like our home away from home.

It turned out to be a pretty beat-up apartment, not as nice as the pictures. I regretted renting it — for the price, I could have gotten a 4-star hotel. Low ceilings. Slow elevators — you have to wait all the time to go up or down. The apartment really had dirty walls and a poor bathroom. I have to admit, I was so happy to check out! Never again!!!!

Me encanta el edificio y me encantó que Kasa tiene alojamientos ahí para estancias cortas. Viví ahí hace muchos años y me encantó la opción de regresar. La ubicación es ideal para visitas de turismo, la zona es super bonita y bien conectada. El departamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia como de hotel. La experiencia con Kasa es es muy similar a la estancia de hotel, eso me gustó mucho! Hay staff de Kasa en el edificio y que te ofrecen cuidar tus maletas. Tengo dos observaciones, hay opción de check-in temprano y check-out tarde, pero tiene costo, eso no me encantó, en hoteles te lo dan de cortesía si hay disponibilidad. Y no vi donde hubiera la opción de housekeeping, no lo necesité pero si fuera una estancia mas larga igual y me gustaria saber si hay la opción de limpieza con costo si fuera necesario. Las fotos de la publicación en la que reservé no son las del departamento que me dieron, era mas grande, pero yo queria el de la foto.

Everything about Kasa was perfect! Amazing location, beautiful views, spotless apartment, and everything you could possibly need just steps away. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Loved the location, close to restaurants, Harry Potter, and so many fun things to do. Security was in place so we felt safely tucked away at night. Facilities were updated, clean, and well thought out to make our stay comfortable. Convenient to have a washer/dryer. Our teen loved the view from the balcony.

The room was clean, great location, had all amenities. The Bedding and furniture was uncomfortable.

Our week stay at a King 1 BR unit on the 20th floor of Kasa Magnifcent Mile was top notch in every way. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. The view of the city from the living room and balcony was beautiful. The location was excellent--five minute walk from the Red line and good bus access. Kasa staff were always available and very responsive to any questions that arose. I would definitely stay at a Kasa property in the future.

Our stay at Kasa River North was great from the start…clear communication and directions, great location with security covered in the lobby/access to elevators. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions. We loved Tzuco which is just in the corner for our nice night out. Everything was well thought out and we had what we needed for a great stay. Will stay again on our next trip! Enjoyed proximity to Starbucks Reserve, Harry Potter, Stan’s Donuts, Sunny Side Up and many more great places!

KASA on Michigan Avenue, near Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, is a great option for a home away from home, whether traveling for business or leisure. However, my experience with their booking policy was disappointing. I booked Monday through Friday, but my business schedule changed, requiring me to check out on Thursday instead. I informed KASA before my arrival on Monday, yet they refused to cancel the final night or refund the prepaid amount for Friday. As a frequent business traveler, I understand that policies exist, but business plans can change unexpectedly. When changes are communicated in advance, I believe there should be some flexibility and a more customer-centric approach from management. My advice to KASA is to look at the bigger picture. Retaining a loyal customer is worth more than one night's rent. A refund in exceptional circumstances can build goodwill, trust, and repeat business. Refusing flexibility may save money in the short term but cost a business a customer in the long run. I travel frequently and often influence friends, colleagues, and people in my network through my recommendations. While the property itself is good, this experience makes me think twice—perhaps a thousand times—before booking KASA again for business or personal travel. It is disappointing that one night's rent has left such a negative impression. I hope KASA management takes this feedback seriously. A little flexibility can go a long way in earning customer loyalty/recommendations.
