Pros: This hotel is in an excellent location for my needs. I expected a typical hotel room with a bathroom and got a suite with that plus a living room and full kitchen, and a balcony with seating. Views of Chicago from the suite were great.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable. There was a power outage in the building that did not affect me, but did affect some friends who were staying in different rooms. My shower curtain, both inner and outer linings were about 10 inches too long, and was a safety hazard (possible slipping on the liner) when taking a shower. Also, the water pressure in the shower went down to almost nothing while I was showering, and the temperature changed on its own. I reported both of those problems to the management, and the water problem was fixed. The shower curtain was not. Eventually the power outrage was fixed. Would probably not stay there again unless Zi really needed the kitchen and extra space.
