Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Please note that while Kasa guests are welcome to enjoy the gym in the building, the other community amenities are reserved for the exclusive use of permanent residents. We appreciate your understanding, as there are no exceptions to this policy. Additionally, each person in your group who is 18 or older will need to present a photo ID upon check-in with the building concierge.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.

• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• On-site parking is available for $51 per night per vehicle.

• Luggage storage is available daily from 9am to 7pm. To use this service, guests can call or text us at (650) 451-3444 at least 30 minutes before their desired drop-off or pick-up time.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

• Our property is located in the heart of the city, so you may hear typical urban sounds such as sirens, traffic, and early morning deliveries. For your comfort, we’re happy to provide sound machines and earplugs upon request. 

• This building uses a two-pipe HVAC system, meaning it can provide either heating or air conditioning—just not both at the same time. The system typically switches to heat in the fall and to cooling in the spring, based on seasonal weather and local regulations.
