Great experience with Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Ease of reservation, good communication leading up to and during the stay, and an overall great experience. Location was excellent and within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile and many restaurants, activities, and areas that were fun to see/visit. The apartment was as described and spacious enough to accommodate our family. Really appreciated the convenience of a washer/dryer in the unit, basic supplies provided, as well as the access to an exercise room and other amenities in the building. Elevators ran very efficiently. Purchased parking through a separate site in advance for the connecting parking garage, which was a great advantage too. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Chicago!
