Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Please note that while Kasa guests are welcome to enjoy the gym in the building, the other community amenities are reserved for the exclusive use of permanent residents. We appreciate your understanding, as there are no exceptions to this policy. Additionally, each person in your group who is 18 or older will need to present a photo ID upon check-in with the building concierge.

Before you arrive

• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.

• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Parking is available in the building through a third-party garage (not managed by Kasa). Rates start at $51/night per vehicle. Pricing and access are controlled by the garage operator and may change without notice.

• Luggage storage is available daily from 9am to 7pm. To use this service, guests can call or text us at (650) 451-3444 at least 30 minutes before their desired drop-off or pick-up time.

• Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

• Our property is located in the heart of the city, so you may hear typical urban sounds such as sirens, traffic, and early morning deliveries. For your comfort, we’re happy to provide sound machines and earplugs upon request. 

• This building uses a two-pipe HVAC system, meaning it can provide either heating or air conditioning—just not both at the same time. The system typically switches to heat in the fall and to cooling in the spring, based on seasonal weather and local regulations.

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago sits at the heart of one of the world's most walkable neighborhoods. The Magnificent Mile, Chicago's iconic 13-block stretch of Michigan Avenue, offers more than 460 shops, 275 restaurants, and architectural landmarks at nearly every turn, all steps from your door. Historic gems like the Chicago Water Tower, one of the few buildings to survive the Great Chicago Fire, sit alongside world-class department stores and boutiques, making every stroll a discovery.

When you need to travel farther, the property is exceptionally well-connected. The State & Huron bus stop is right at the corner, and the CTA's Grand L train station is a five-minute walk away. Two Red Line stops along North State Street, Chicago Station and Grand Station, sit just a two-block stroll from the neighborhood and connect guests across the entire city. Rideshares are always readily available as well.

Flying in or out of Chicago? Two major international airports serve the area. O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is 16 miles from downtown, while Midway International Airport (MDW) is approximately 12 miles away and offers point-to-point travel to over 60 destinations. The CTA Blue Line runs directly from O'Hare, and the Orange Line connects from Midway, both with easy access to the property.
