I really wanted to love staying here. The location was great, parking was directly behind the building, room was sparkling clean, fantastic shower, awesome location with great restaurants all around. As other reviewers have mentioned, it’s right on the main street so noise from the neighborhood are hard to avoid. However, earplugs were provided.
Why didn’t I love staying here? The smell!! When you walk in the front lobby you are accosted by the smell of Frebrese. Like you can almost taste it. But the room was worse. I don’t know how it’s possible for that strong of a smell to be so overwhelming, but it permeated everything I own. Seven hours of my drive home and I had to leave the car windows open because my clothing still stank! Kasa! Do better please. It’s obvious you take pride in this property, but NO ONE needs to use that much of this product. Otherwise? High five! I also appreciated the bananas and coffee bar in the lobby
