Clean, comfortable, modern furnishings, fixtures, and decor. Located in Downtown Redwood City so plenty of convenient cafes and eateries nearby within walking distance.
Check-in, check-out, and communications with property staff is primarily all digital/online, which is perfect if you're the type that prefers to text vs. call, and generally friendly and responsive.
Space is small, ~100 sqft as disclosed and evident in the photos. Good as a place to sleep but not great if you plan to spend all your time in the room. Full-size bed plenty for one person and fine for two unless particularly portly and active in sleep.
Water pressure could be higher but not an issue and—more importantly—water was hot.
A/C unit wasn't working, but a space heater was brought over the second day.
Possible noise from outside, neighbors, and the minifridge but generally tolerable.
Cute touches like free bottled water, chips, and hand-written note in addition to coffee/tea/hot chocolate and bananas!
