10/10 Exceptional
The stay at Kasa was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Even though the AC didn't work for part of my stay, they quickly provided a fan, helped a rogue alarm from going off every single moment of my night, and were simply great presences when you walk out in the morning.
I really can't have more positive things to say about this whole experience. The location is convenient; they provide coffee and warm smiles. They quickly addressed all the problems, and I'm incredibly happy with my stay.
