Great place, comfortable and the communication with the company is good

The apartment was very nice. It’s vary close to downtown which is what I wanted. Parking was tricky for a larger car but doable…. My one issue was the parking instructions were not vet clear to me.. but the Kasa staph were very patient waking me through the system. The place had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean.

Nasty bathroom There was an absurd amount of human hair littering the bathroom and hanging from the towels.

Would definitely stay here again. The space was immaculate, walkable to many destinations, and very helpful instructions on the building. Would definitely recommend!

It was a beautiful apartment. I truly enjoyed it and wish I had more time to spend there. I can see the area was in development so the only issue was you had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to a restaurant, bar or store. You could Uber too though!

My partner and I were very impressed by our stay at Kasa. Even with the construction we had no trouble finding the room. We had a few food deliveries and instructed the drivers to meet us near the leasing center for a smooth handoff each time. The only complaints we could think of are that the pullout couch is a bit uncomfortable and that we could occasionally hear other visitors if they slammed their doors. It was a lovely and peaceful stay and felt more like a nice apartment than a hotel. It was cozy and clean with all of the amenities listed. We especially appreciated the great AC and the in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. Thank you!

this apartment was like having a home away from home. SO many amazing amenities. I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of them. the needs were a little firm for some of the people with us and I would have appreciated better curtains in the rooms to block the light. will definitely being staying here again!

Nice amenities and outdoor area, very clean and spacious room

My family and I (5 total) were on a long vacation through UT national parks ending in Denver. When we first looked at options in Denver, which is hard for a family of 5, the KASA option looked very appealing. We were worried about the check-in/check-out instructions as they all seemed a bit intimidating, but nothing could be further from the truth. Shortly before our arrival, I received clear and easy instructions and was contacted by a virtual concierge who walked me through the entire process. The accommodations were immaculate and we had a spacious two room apartment-style room with a full kitchen and additional pull-out couch. We enjoyed our stay so much, I immediately inquired about if KASA was present nationwide so I could use them in the future. If you're staying for only a couple of nights or long term, this is a fantastic option. Clean, stylish, and with all of the ammenities. We loved our stay.

Hello, concierge, are you there? Absolutely not. What a unique experience not having any assistance on site to address any issues or concerns especially seeing blood on pillows when you first enter the suite. I will get more into that later. Once you manage to gain access into the building, the potency of the musk is overwhelming at the front door. Most likely it is the traffic from the pool to the elevator causing the wet carpet and its odour. You can’t mask it with air spray or simply mopping the small area of flooring at the elevator. Parking was a complete nightmare to begin with, where you have to park no less than a 5 minute walk at minimum depending on the time of day. Now once you enter a third code you gain access to the actual suite itself. Upon entry everything looks nice and spacious and clean. However, it’s just surface clean and a false presentation. I always look to the bed and washroom first during my stay. Blood on a pillow. Gross. Instant turnoff. Headed to the master bedroom bathroom and someone dropped the ball again. Toilet seat had some sort of dark residue which I could only imagine what it was. Whomever was in charge of housekeeping most definitely decided to cut corners before my stay. Lastly, my security deposit was kept with no substantive reasoning or proof of their allegation. Complete money grab and I’ll be fighting this with my credit card company. Never will I stay here again. Regards and I hope this serves someone well.

I really enjoyed this airbnb, the only diffculty was the lack of parking.

Awesome stay in Denver! It was the perfect place for us. Loved the pool and the set up of apartment. Highly recommend for a simple getaway! The host was very responsive and helpful :)

I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. The location was great—only about an 8-minute drive to Ball Arena for our concert. Parking was the main drawback; due to nearby construction, it was difficult to find a spot, and the garage option was paid. It would be nice if parking were free for tenants. The complex is located close to the Salvation Army, so we saw many homeless people in the area, but we had no issues, even when I had to park farther away from the apartment. Our coffee maker wasn’t working at first, but the staff promptly resolved the issue when we mentioned it. I would have given 5 stars if the unit were better noise-insulated and parking were easier.

Terrific place. Big, well appointed, clean, and new. Very easy check in and out. Pool and fitness center were great. Loved it!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was much appreciated. However, the Keurig machine in the room wasn’t working, and I had to walk to another building for coffee. Parking was also a challenge—free garage parking would have made a big difference. The keypad entry system was difficult to see in bright sunlight, making access frustrating at times. On the positive side, the location is convenient—just 8 minutes from Ball Arena. That said, it’s situated next to a Salvation Army facility, so there were quite a few homeless individuals in the area.

We loved staying here! Check in was super easy with their instructions and the room was clean and spacious! We really enjoyed our stay!

Didn't receive initial checkin email so had to call customer service. Recommend that if you have issues because texting/email didn't get a fast-enough response. Nice new apartment with cool AC, laundry, and basic kitchen needs. Location only 4 stars because still some construction going on in the area - noise not a problem but the sidewalks leading out of the neighborhood, and Ubers poor ability to find the place to pick riders up bring it down a star. Didn't have any issues once we started our stay and would stay here again for the price and proximity to Coors Field (12 minute walk). Prefer this over a small hotel room.

Great location Great location with easy access to coors field and downtown. Check in/out was a breeze and the space was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again for Denver adventures!
