Great little place, check-in was easy. It was quiet and cozy.

Great place. Thank you!

We stayed for 7 days, it was perfect for our needs. The apartment feels spacious and has good flow. The walk-in closet/laundry room set up felt clever. Everything is new so obviously that adds to the experience. Nice appliances and good finishes, and tasteful, minimalist decor which felt like it used the space well . Seems like a lot was done to make it really livable. The use of techy security features is clever and felt of the times. The chat support was extremely helpful on both occasions we needed it. I can’t comment on service on the ground as it’s a virtual desk but the staff we did see was friendly and the apartment was extremely well cleaned. Bed is surprisingly/unusually hard but we slept amazingly! I would maybe recommend salt/pepper/olive oil and I find the Keurig machines are always disappointing but we loved that there was a coffee machine (and some pods to get you going!) and maybe we just don’t know how to use those properly haha (maybe instructions!). Thanks Kasa team.

Great stay in Denver. Clean space and responsive host. That’s all I ask for!

A great 1bd rental. I will stay here again,

Incredibly clean and spacious. The area is still being cleaned up but it’s super close to everything downtown and you can scooter anywhere. The apartments are brand new and have tons of updated amenities.

Great stay!

Great place to stay

Great apartment, location, and price! Had an amazing stay at Kasa RiNo during our trip to Denver. The apartment was modern, had fantastic amenities, and was a short walk from many bars and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again!!

Love the place! Very clean & good on instructions on how to get access in.

Room was clean and well appointed.modern design. Bathrooms large and well lit. Windows open! Kasa customer service was responsive when our upstairs neighbor was partying too late on sat night. Easy parking on street except sat. Night. Industrial area but so convenient to everything. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay when visiting Denver! Pool doesn’t open until late May but they have courtyards to sit outside!

Great space for a trip to Denver!

Great host thank you guys at Kasa

Thanks

Everything you need

Perfect amenities! Only complaint would be response time and confusion on charges via kasa. Advertised as dog friendly and free parking and was sent charges for both.

great place. allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. comfortable amenities and extremely clean. the location was slightly isolated, in an area of empty new developments and little else.

Very clean, modern apartment. Would recommend!

Kasa provided an AMAZING location for myself, a travel buddy, and my companion animal!!! Check in and accessibility were very quick and easy. The instructions were clear and Kasa was very responsive and helpful when I did have questions. The space was gorgeous 🤩 It looked spotless, brand new, and felt so safe and peaceful. I will absolutely look for Kasa hosted BnB in the future and 10/10 would recommend to any friend. Thank you!!!

Great unit and location

It was great staying here! From my perspective, it has a hotel vibe, and the building smells like cigarettes and weed occasionally (the room does not).

good place good location good amenities

Perfect apartment

Great place!

The place was awesome! Super clean, very modern, the building was very secure with key cards and multiple codes. The place was quiet and cozy. Windows in the living room with floor to ceiling shades. Amenities, coffee, tea, dishwasher, laundry machines, small kitchen, television with streaming networks.

My stay in Denver was pleasant. I booked the room mainly for the hot tub, but didn’t realize it was seasonal. Other than that, the location and price are a steal. Perfect for a few friends visiting or even just a couple on vacation. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and access into the property was swift after you first check in. Will definitely be booking again when the hot tub is open (hopefully next weekend for Cinco de Mayo) when i visit again.
