Great condo! Will use again if needed. Only two complaints, No parking during Rockies home games, and the homeless population is right across the street. I had my 15 yr old with me and we saw first hand them doing drugs during the day! It’s not pretty and some may feel unsafe. We didn’t, but other than those two things. Our stay was great! We will book again if needed.

Likes: Clean, ease of access to building and room. Plenty of space in the room to spread out. Did provide a slight discount due to all the issues we had - would have preferred to not have the issues in the first place. Dislikes: Location. Bright lights and noise from the adjacent train coming in all night long. Right next to a giant homeless encampment. Difficult check in process as I got there early and needed to use their “cafe.” Virtual reception had to ask permission to get the door code and that took about 30min total. No additional bedding for the pull out bed, so one person had to sleep with just a sheet since no one on site at the time to help. No additional toilet paper, virtual reception told us we needed to go to the nearest super market which was a mile away.

It was a really nice environment of the hotel that I'm at! Great amenities, the view is great, and the pool is great even though their pool water is cold on a hot day lol. The reason I give location three stars is because of the location on the left is filled with homeless people camping and sketchy abandoned buildings. Overall, this the only safest hotel that I've ever stayed in the Denargo area of Denver. :)

Well appointed, clean, and comfy place to stay. Family friendly with all the basics covered. Make a cup of tea when you want, clean your clothes so you can pack light, and build a sandwich lickety split in the full kitchen.

Really enjoyed our stay!

I was nervous booking this with only one review, but no regrets at all!! Clean and well stocked with towels, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and dish soap! Full kitchen and separate sitting area was great! We stayed 6 nights! Area was a little sketchy at first but parking garage and key card to get into building made me feel safe! Easy walk to Coors field!! We had a rental to go exploring so made easier to get around! Grocery store nearby, along with restaurants as well! Highly recommend eating breakfast at Snooze, the upside down pineapple pancake is DELICIOUS!!!!! We ate there 3 mornings!!! There is a pool, corn hole, and very pet friendly!! Washer & dryer were a bonus too!! Very comfortable!! Highly recommend staying here!!!

This was a wonderful place for professionals who work from home. I had to relocate renters for a short time due to water damage at their rental and this worked out very well for them.

Clean and new apartment. Close to the stadium and other shops.

Kasa did a great job at providing detailed instructions for check in and everything you need to know for your stay. The pool is great and it’s nice having a gym on site. They are quick to respond and the place is clean. The location isn’t too far from downtown. About a 45 min walk or $10 Uber.

We had a great stay! Everything was brand new and in great shape. The amenities were really great too. Note this is a one bedroom even though it’s listed as a two bedroom, but it ended up working out perfectly for us as there was the perfect amount of space in the walk in closet for a pack n play. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed!

Everything was clean, and the property is very well maintained. The location is very close to train tracks.

Quite impersonal. Everything is automated or via electronic communication. They do have a "virtual Front Desk" if you need assistance. If this is not an issue for you, then no problems here. We had an issue with registering our vehicle, you need to do this in order not to have your car towed. They say to do it 24 hours in advance. This is impossible if you're flying in and getting a rental. You need to go through the email link to register, and then refer back to the link they email you. Kind of difficult if you only have one cell phone. Called the "virtual front desk" and were made to feel incompetent. She would not register our car over the phone, so my wife and I went back and forth with our phones to finally register our rental car. Then, in order to get into the garage, you have to go up to the unit to get the garage badge, then go back down to get into the garage. The badge triggers a sensor that opens the door to the garage. Good luck placing it in the exact place on your dash so it triggers the sensor, and then even more of a crap shoot finding a parking stall. You'll definitely love the locomotive train that passes by ALL day and night. The homeless camps around the area are just ridiculous and disgusting. The unit itself was very clean and bed was comfortable.

Nice unit, not great location, management company is suspect. Likes: Nice sized unit, new and clean Dislikes: Location was next to the homeless tent area. And the Kasa Trust and Safety team make false allegations around smoking in the unit charging me $250 due to smell coming from a garbage can.

Super cute place love the amenities and very close to downtown and the graffiti areas that look beautiful! The customer service was amazing. I was always talking with a real person and I could even text them. The on-site laundry, a plus. Location would have gotten five stars had it not been for a homeless camp very close by which makes u feel bad but great opportunity to give food and water and reminder to appreciate what you have.

Zombie land. No other way to describe all the homeless who literally surround this new property. When I stay at Airbnb, I like to explore. Would never leave this place after dark. Where there are not homeless, there are trains. Tracks are close. Unit inside is nice. There is a pool but not heated. Freezing. No one could tell me pool hours, Kasa slow to respond. Gym is large but little equipment. Avoid.

In general, we were really pleased with everything. Only 3 issues with the actual unit- my email from Kasa didn’t have a code to enter the unit, the unit was missing a key card for building entry, and our “welcome” gift was missing. Kasa took care of the entry code and key card right away. They were super responsive. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and was cute. The Rino location was great. We were close to restaurants, Coors field, and shopping. So close, we just walked everywhere. Only downside was the tent city outside the building in the empty lot. Didn’t have any problems with it, but I wasn’t comfortable walking alone along that area at night. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location that was walkable to downtown. We took scooters back from Ball Arena. Very nice apartment that was super clean. The check in process was a breeze.

Spacious, new and clean property with convenient parking. Although right downtown and convenient for driving not much of a walkable neighborhood to get a meal or even coffee. Lots of homeless folks in the area.

Room was nice! Pros: Great view, great kitchen, plenty of space, great location. Cons: Never received a code for the room, had to wait about 10 minutes on phone to get a room code. The coffee machine didn’t work. The mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location, easy to find, and secure. Everything was in pristine condition. Kasa was responsive and easy to work with for any issues. Worked great for a few nights stay. Would definitely stay again if I need a place in Denver.

A 1 bedroom furnished apartment with all basic amenities for a home stay away from home. The place was clean and comfortable for our stay. They also provide paid parking ($18 a day). The entrance to all units is electronic, kasa provides easy instructions for self check-in, but I faced an issue while entering the apartment building for first time with just a pin, the system was not very responsive and it was sunny and I couldn't see if numbers I keyed in are getting highlighted etc.. the apartment manager had to interview to help with keying in my access. Overall the place is secure to stay.

It’s listed as 2 bedroom but only has one But other then that’s it’s a great place to stay !

Amazing apartment in RINO Great apartment, very clean, organized, beautiful, location cannot be better than RINO, everything is near by. Secured building with easy access. The apartment amenities are awesome. The view was great, to see the train and the city

Had a wonderful stay, everything you need and nothing you don’t. Kasa provided accurate and responsive feedback to the questions I had. For my stay parking was not included in the garage and it can be a challenge to find parking on adjacent streets or parking lots nearby even though there is an $18 per night parking charge assessed from Kasa. The two buildings look to be almost brand new as many new tenants were moving in. Overall we had a great stay with all the accommodations needed.

Property was well kept and comfortable. Not in a great location for seeing the city and hard to walk out of the neighborhood.

Likes: Clean and Simple with all amenities to stay. Dislikes: Initially check in was tough , the electronic lock in front of the building was not working fine when I was trying to key in the passcode, thankfully a person working for the apartment helped me with keying in access. The electronic lock in front of the apartment building should have a sun shed on it , as it was difficult to see the electronic dial under daylight.

Home away from home Likes: The look and feel of it. You feel like you are at your home away from home. Dislikes: With the current construction in the area, the location is a bit hard to park at and get around.

We enjoyed our stay at Kasa and everything was as described. The unit is in an apartment complex and as such there are a number of steps required to check in, but Kasa made it easy to do. They've built a pretty impressive system, actually. Everything was spotless and though parking was super limited, we just about always found a spot, so that was nice. Only complaint is they provided two washcloths and towels for a two-person, nine-night stay, and were unwilling to provide extra even though crews were on site daily with shelves and shelves full of clean ones. Even just 4 of each would have made a huge difference. Minor quibble, to be sure, but it's the kind of thing that matters. Still, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Go to spot in Denver I came to Denver for one night ahead of a wedding and needed a comfortable, well-priced, well located place to stay. Kasa Rino hit the mark for me. This is a beautiful new property with great amenities at a great value. You get an incredible amount of space (living room, kitchen) all of which are newly appointed for a reasonable price. I needed to do some work during the day and WiFi was perfect throughout the stay. Scooters outside the property make it easy to get just about anywhere in Denver (and Uber is just as easy as well). The pool and fitness facilities look amazing though I didn't use them. I've stayed with Kasa elsewhere, and though the mobile and person-less arrival can be new the first time, I now strongly prefer it to anything else - gets me into my room quickly and easily. Finally, I had a few questions for the Kasa team, and they answered them promptly.

Great stay! The pictures on the listing are not yet completely up to date so just know that this isn’t a perfect representation. Although the apartment was very nice and clean! The building has lots of security so we felt very safe even though the area isn’t the best. Although it’s a a 15-20 minute walk to a great area with lots of restaurants, shops and bars! I would recommend staying here for a couple or small group of friends!

It was very clean and a great location to walk to baseball game and food!! But parking and communication was a little bit of a struggle. The check In instructions were confusing on where to park and anytime we messaged the host we just got a response of checking the virtual dashboard. So there was a missing personal touch to the rental.

The gym facilities are amazing and the location is super convenient Dislikes: We extended our stay which was easy and the staff accommodating however the price offered was a lot higher than any other date is the coming few months by almost double which a shame

Lovely new apartments in RiNo A lovely apartment near the fun RiNo district of Denver, chock full of bars and restaurants. The highways are very nearby too, which makes accessing the mountains super easy. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment was well-stocked with goodies and comfy linens. Would definitely recommend!
