Before arrival, we’ll send instructions on how to access the property and your Kasa.

• One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Parking is available in the building through a third-party operator (not managed by Kasa). Rates start at $48/night per vehicle. Pricing and access are controlled by the garage operator and may change without notice.

Kasa Lake Shore Chicago is located in Streeterville, one of downtown Chicago's most convenient and energetic neighborhoods. Set between Lake Michigan, Navy Pier, and the Magnificent Mile, Streeterville puts guests close to the city's top attractions and works well whether you're in town for a few nights or staying for a few months. You'll find high-rises, restaurants, coffee shops, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and Northwestern's medical campus all within a compact area, so the streets tend to stay active throughout the day and evening. Guests can expect a lively downtown atmosphere with a mix of residents, medical professionals, business travelers, and visitors.

One of Streeterville's biggest advantages is its location. From Kasa Lake Shore Chicago, the lakefront, Ohio Street Beach, and the Chicago Lakefront Trail are close by, making it easy to get outside for a walk, run, or bike ride along the water. The shops, restaurants, and landmarks of the Magnificent Mile are a short walk away, including the Historic Water Tower and the 360 Chicago observation deck in the former John Hancock building. Navy Pier sits just to the east, home to the Centennial Wheel, boat tours, and the Chicago Children's Museum. A little farther south, downtown icons like Millennium Park, The Bean, the Chicago Riverwalk, and the Art Institute of Chicago are an easy ride or a longer walk away.

For trips beyond the neighborhood, public transit is a convenient option. CTA buses, including the #66, #146, and #151, run nearby and connect you to downtown, the Loop, and Lincoln Park. The Red Line stations at Grand/State and Chicago/State are also a few blocks west, making it easy to travel north or south through the city.
