10/10 Exceptional
The Kasa team was extremely responsive throughout, and I can vouch even answered questions in the wee hours. Though the apartment was a bit smaller than I expected, it was spotless and well-equipped, and the building amenities quite impressive, not to mention that finding a pet-friendly situation can be a challenge sometimes. Thank you for a great stay!
