Reviews of Kasa River North ChicagoReviews of Kasa River North Chicago

This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city.

Was great would come back and stay again, perfect for us

(Translated by Google) Spectacular apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. Stunning views of the Chicago ski line, as the surrounding buildings were lower. It has all the amenities and services, making it very functional.

First time in Chicago and was a great stay!

Excellent accommodation with fully equipped amenities and great location!

This was an excellent stay. The units are spacious, bright, clean, and fully equipped. The amenities (pool, sun deck, fitness centers, etc) and the building itself are really nice. And in spite of the process being a fully virtual check in, the communication is excellent and any questions we had were answered very quickly and thoroughly. We would highly recommend and come back ourselves!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kasa in Chicago. The location felt safe and was walkable to great restaurants, stores, and various public transit options. The Kasa itself was very clean, had beautiful views of the city skyline, and a very comfortable bed. The access to the rooftop, swimming pool, and gym were a huge bonus, too. Overall I would definitely recommend this location and plan to stay here again on our next trip to Chicago.

The room was lovely with a great view. Much larger than a standard hotel room. I would def stay there again.

Great stay Likes: Clean. Updated. Dislikes: Poor shower

Excellent place to stay Excellent location right on River north. There’s a cafe in the lobby and good breakfast places walking distance. The brown and purple lines are around the corner. Wasn’t loud inside the building and sleeping wasn’t an issue. Was also able to do some laundry and appreciated that they had detergent by the machine. Would definitely stay again.

The highest praise I will ever give a place I stayed, is that I would book it again. 100% will be booking this property again!

I had trouble with check in as I was promised an early check in and day of they were completely unresponsive. I was upset but the Kasa team did more than make up for the early snafu with their communication without. The space was very warm when I got in so suggestion to the team to turn the AC up higher otherwise it takes a full day to cool down. The space is smaller than the photos but still very nice. The building and amenities are fantastic. Despite the early miscommunication I would stay with kasa again.

The stay was great! Apartment was clean and with great views of the city. Amenities were excellent well.

Likes: Big bathroom, washer/dryer in room Dislikes: Lights from the kitchen appliances were very bright and shining right into your eyesight from the bed. I never got the building code to enter but luckily reception was there to let us in and once we got into the flat there were key cards. They put additional costs onto things like early check in or late check out. Also you don't get baggage storage so we had to pay for that. I would say you get better value out of a hotel as I didn't think the amenities were worth the extra inconvenience of not having staff to help you out.

Awesome area! Felt right at home.

Great location, beautiful views

We had an amazing stay, the location was great, the staff was amazing, would def stay again Likes: Great location and amazing views Dislikes: Nothing

Likes: Clean safe and great facilities

Großartiger Aufenthalt in einem Too Apartment.

I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. There is a Amazon locker. Nice lounge area with a small cafe. There is a gym, outdoor swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The accommodation is located a few minutes away from trains and local buses. There are shops and restaurants minutes walk away. I felt very safe in this area. I even went out at 3/4 am and I had no issues. What I really liked about this location is that, it wasn’t extremely busy like the city centre but still much going on. I did see in a previous review somebody complaining about the entry to the rooms and I must say at first it’s a bit picky to deal with but as soon as you know how it works it’s fine. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to tell if the door was locked while I was inside but other than that no issues. Kasa provides a ton of information about the property and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope to stay here again if I visit Chicago again. Thank you Kasa

The bed was small IMO. Location was awesome. No problems and host responded very quickly.

Great location and beautiful facilities Likes: Beautiful facility in a fantastic location, close to public transportation and lovely shared spaces and amenities

Chicago Kasa - what you see is what you get. Our experience at Kasa was exactly as described in the listing, which is what made it 5 stars. I knew it had “negatives” but they weren’t issues for us. Very minor things that I think are worthwhile to reiterate is that this is a small space, ideal for 1 person or 2 if you don’t mind lack of privacy. There is a nice spacious private bathroom, but otherwise this listing is a true studio apartment with no walls or doors separating the space. It is stocked with everything needed, however is missing a couch blanket which I found myself missing when we were watching movies. It also doesn’t have a table for eating, unless you eat at the desk. The view was great from our room, but otherwise there was nothing “memorable” about the unit- it is a modern clean slate space with gray and white everywhere you look. Bed is FIRM. Also there were whiffs of pickles every time we returned from being out which was so bizarre but made us laugh. The coffee shop below (Dollop) is open at 7 am which was perfect for our early departure but is a popular spot so order ahead if you’re in a rush! Minimal food, outside of bagels and donuts.

Our studio apartment was a fantastic experience of life in Chicago. It was close enough to walk around the city and see the different neighborhoods, sites, and favorite local spots. Highly recommend
