The apartment is amazing! We arrived and it was super clean. Sonia, who was leaving (as we arrived earlier than check in time) helped as a lot, she was so kind. The views are amazing and the apartment itself is perfect for a short stay in chicago.

I would stay in this Kasa unit again in a heartbeat! Beautiful building, loved the gym and social meeting places, and wish we were there in the summer to enjoy the pool! The layout of the unit is perfect, and having a washer and dryer and two full bathrooms was soooo helpful for our family of 4!! We loved having the coffee shop and the Egg Harbor Cafe downstairs for quick and easy breakfast. Whole Foods was about 1/3 mile walk which was also handy! Floor to ceiling windows in the corner unit with direct view of the Sears Tower was such a nice bonus. The unit was so clean and the hosts were super responsive to every question or need we had! Value for dollar was fantastic. I have paid more per night for hotels! We can’t wait to visit Chicago and stay here again!
