Brilliant stay and really good comms ans instructions - will stay again

From the location to the apartment facilities, it was superb! Definitely recommend staying here as you have access to great food, shopping and all things outdoors within feet of your door. Check in and check out process was easy and the designated parking spot made it easy to get in and out.

Kasa experience Beautiful property with 5 star amenities. Great location - close to good restaurants and shopping malls. The interior was modern and the unit was sparkling clean. Check in and check out was virtual - detailed and hassle-free. It was my first Kasa stay and we loved it! <3

Easy Check-in and Clean unit I loved my stay at this property. The whole process was super easy, from booking to checkout. I enjoyed being able to stay at this building and take advantage of all the amenities this building has to offer. I loved being close to the Scottsdale Quarter as well. I have to travel to AZ often for work and I have found my favorite home away from home. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything I needed for my business trip and there are so many amenities to take advantage of while you are staying on site. They have a pool, hot tub, multiple coworking spaces, and a pretty nice gym for an apartment building. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent stay. Bldg had a lot of great amenities. 3rd floor indoor/outdoor lounge, pool table, Heated Pool, rooftop lounge to watch the sunrise and sunset, lots of cozy fireplaces. Great access to all the shops and dining! Garage was safe and easy to access. Finally, the room (2 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen) was clean, well supplied and met our needs. check-in/check out directions were incredibly detailed and easy to follow! Thank you!

I recently had an incredible stay at Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix! The modern decor, spacious rooms, and attentive staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The central location near Scottsdale Quarter meant I had easy access to shopping and dining. The amenities provided, from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kasa for a hassle-free and comfortable stay in Phoenix.

Best vacation time! Will be back! Likes: Everything is so well organized, very comfy and welcoming. Best location, Best kitchen, easy check-in, check-out. Gym is excellent! Pool and spa is very warm and clean. Dislikes: Only needed to clean dishes. And hurt myself in shower by iron shampoos holder.

Pretty Good! We enjoyed our stay A little bit of difficulty navigating around, but we got the hang of it. Great location and nice pool and gym. We will likely go again. (I do wish they had a TV in the bedroom and not only in the living room)

Great apartment complex! Perfect apartment. We slept six comfortably. The sleeper sofa was comfortable for two :) Washer and dryer, single Keurig coffee maker, (some coffee to get your stay going) large closets and bathrooms. Quiet. The complex itself has a fabulous exercise facility, pool and outdoor space. The large indoor residence lounge has a commercial grade push button coffee/latte/hot chocolate machine, pool table, tvs and plenty of lounging spots. Took a little bit of time to figure out the easiest in and out from the parking garage or the shopping area, but once we had it, everything was very convenient. The complex sits right a top one of the restaurants at the Scottsdale Quarter. The Kasa staff was very prompt and helpful. Very easy to contact via the Kasa link/app. Furthermore, if we needed assistance, the Apartment staff and residents were very nice as well.

Nice apartment and great location near a new shopping area and coffee shop. Parking was not very easy, so read the parking instructions carefully beforehand.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment just steps away from the shops and restaurants of Scottsdale quarter and Kierland commons. Will def stay here again on my next trip to Scottsdale.

Clean beautiful property and area felt very safe. Gorgeous outdoor area also. Very handy to be able to text questions that were answered via text very quickly. Navigating some of the particulars was inconvenient. Key fob problems. Didn't know key fob needed for access to basement parking .So particulars weren't well laid out. Ended up running back and forth . There was a learning curve. But we did get the hang of it.

The experience was fantastic, easy check-in/out! The hotel room was modern, clean, and offered excellent amenities, in addition to a great location.

Love the location! Love the pool area and exercise room. It is confusing getting into the building and the parking etc but once you figure it out, it's great. The unit itself is nice and clean. The washing machine, though, needs attention, as it smells like mildew from being closed all of the time.

Leider ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten und ein Lüfter lief die ganze Nacht. Bei nur noch a. 20 Grad nachts ist das unnötig und die Geräuschkulisse könnte vermieden werden.

Super Lage, gerade für uns, da ein Familienmitglied 5 min um die Ecke wohnt und seine Wohnung zu klein für mehrere Besucher:innen ist. Es war etwas schwierig, den Eingang zu finden, da es mehrere Zugänge zur Location gibt, aber nur eine Türe mit dem Pad für den Zugangscode der Airbnb-Gäste. Das Zimmer ist topp mit Blick auf einen traumhaften Sonnenaufgang und es gibt eine großzügige Terrasse. Für 3 Personen ist es nur geeignet, wenn man gerne in dieser Runde eine Nacht verbringt. Für die dritte Person muss das Sofa in ein Bett umfunktioniert werden, was für unsere Runde ok war.

Good honest review. We had a great experience with this place. Like many other reviews state the check in process can be a bit confusing if you aren’t a detailed oriented person, however the instructions and details provided in the email prior to your check in are extremely accurate. The good: Truly an amazing property! Nothing but the highest of amenities and the perfect location. Everything that you need is within walking distance. The gym, pool, and the communal areas are everything you expect from Scottsdale. The host answers texts extremely quickly to any known issues and you are given a designated underground covered parking spot so no fighting for a spot like at every other hotel. The bad: The check in process can be confusing however if you do your homework and read all the emails that are sent to you, you will be ok. When we arrived the right elevator that we were instructed to use was out of service so we had to reach out to the host. The elevator that you take to go out the entrance by Culinary drop out did not accept our key or the multiple pins we were given to come back in so we had to walk all the way around to the other side of the building. The shower door did not have a full seal so water would leak out on the floor and make a mess. The window shades did not have a full seal so the sun would wake you up at 6 am. No sleeping in. Overall, this place is amazing and blew expectations out of the water. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. Because that truly is what it deserves.

Great location with easy access and parking. Lots of restaurants and shop in walking distance. Hosts were very responsive to questions. I will stay again when I am back on business.

The garage opener bar code thing doesn't work unless you get out of the car and walk under the sensor. The elevators are tricky to figure out as well. It was a stressful experience but we finally got in and settled. The room was great, property is nice with a beautiful pool and outdoor bbq area, pool table, amazing gym and the location is perfect. There is a lot of bang for your buck and I would choose staying here over hotels in the area even though it is a bit of a pain to check in and check out. The next time will go much smoother now that I understand how it all works. I look forward to staying there again soon.

This is a lovely little studio right in the middle of all the activity of Kierland Commons. Great shops and restaurants are a few steps away. Even though the area is vibrant and active, this apartment was very quiet, safe and peaceful. I enjoyed my time in Scottsdale, and would stay here again.

Will always come back! Best place in the area that meets all the needs for activity, rest, and recreation. Everything was amazing, but I would not change anything about it. Great host!
