This is the perfect location. To be honest the first half hour navigating check-in is frustrating, but once you get settled and get the hang of key fob, door codes and garage barcodes it is fine. The pool and common area are gorgeous. The apartment was spotless and had all the comforts of home. Definitely coming back 😎

We absolutely love this building and the amenities. The location is perfect. We have stayed here before in a different unit and it was much better kept. This unit had a mechanical room on the other side that made incredibly loud and scary noises. The first night we thought something was seriously wrong, or that someone was trying to break in until we figured it out. The noise is consistent throughout day and night. The dryer is going to break any day now, we took a video before pulling our clothes out as it was screeching. This particular unit was not very clean, foot prints on the floor, water stains all over shower and wipe marks on cabinets and fridge. The space also needs some maintence especially around and in the showers. We will absolutely return to this complex but will be sure not to book this unit again.

HONEST EXPERIENCE: We stayed in kasa for 5 days. Beds: The beds they have there are awful, everyone back or neck hurt by the end of the trip. Service: They communicate quickly, however, the customer service is rude and don't really want to help. the experience in the room was terrible. The room smelled when we got there, the washer dryer were broken and ruined some of our clothes. The information on where to find things or how to change linens, or things like that are non existent. The instructions for how to check in are terrible and confusing. Makes it that much more difficult. Amenities: the coffee machine, lounge, and pool area are nice but the key they provide is a little buggy bc it's electronic. The door locks beep loudly a bunch when you use them which was annoying. Location: the area is really nice and it is easy to get around town from the location.

Perfect location and a great overall property. You have to follow the entry instructions carefully (they have pictures and tons of detail). Paring description was only area of confusion but we did figure it out quickly. Great communication.

The apartment and whole complex was beautiful and quiet! The apartment was clean and spacious for two of hs and equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to going back!

The unit was exactly as pictured and described - very spacious and clean. Location was wonderful - many great restaurants and shops right outside the building! There are a lot of steps to check-in (especially if you are parking), but the instructions are very clear, with pictures, and Kasa is very responsive if there are any questions. My only issue was the mattress - it was very, very hard.

Had to jump through too many hoops to park and check in and get codes. Place could have been cleaned better. Sheets and towels were not soft at all. There were stains on sheets and couches and bathroom walls could use a wipe down to make this place a 4.5 star stay. Location was good. Coffee on 3rd floor was nice as was gym and outdoor areas. Note that windows do not open in apartment and there can be some road noise.

Immaculate apartment in a great location with a ton of amenities.

Great modern and well-kept property. Definitely value for money with 2 large bedrooms and 2 BR. Getting there by Uber was however a challenge as the official address is on the other side of the actual entrance. Be sure to read the directions carefully before you hop onto your cab.

It was a little tricky finding the parking but the location is right in the middle of Scottsdale Quarter! We loved it and wish we stayed longer.

Never again We travel extensively and pay attention to reviews before booking. I also read about the amenities to make sure we are getting what we need on our trip. I had asked for an early checkin and got a notification that it wasn’t possible. Therefore, we did not rush to get there. As we were half way to AZ, we had a new notification that we could have an early check in. By that time we ended up hitting a lot of traffic and wouldn’t get there for an early check in. Once upon arrival it was incredibly hard finding your location, because there was NO sign outside (as pictured on the virtual concierge) We drove around for over 40 minutes trying to find the entrance and where to check in. I had issues getting into the door with the code given, which took another 15-20 min before someone that lived there came out. They let us in and wasn’t sure where we were supposed to go. Having to go up 2 elevators wasn’t very clear on the directions, especially with the fact we were still unsure which door to go through. The second door that led us up to the room gave us an error on the code as well. I again was let in by another person that lived there. Once I got the keys and we found the parking spot to park in, it wasn’t clear to where the room was from the elevator. We had so many things to bring up, and was on the other side of the property dragging luggage everywhere. The property is nice but not worth the irritation or hassle trying to check in and out —

Everything was excellent, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor patio/pool area and gym as well. The location was right in the heart of great shopping and restaurants.

Had a little trouble getting into the place. But besides that the location is amazing. Can’t beet it. Clean and comfy.

Outstanding from before my arrival until checkout! Highly recommend. Only issue that is difficult is parking. Maybe I did something wrong out of ignorance, but the garage is gated, and only a handful of “Guest” parking spots (maybe 8). Had to park across the street and got a warning ticket for doing so. But the place is top notch and far above my expectations.

Fantastic place in North Scottsdale, an oasis in an area with lots going on. In a complex that's part of the Scottsdale Quarter, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including also the Kierland Commons area across the street, which is also accessible by foot. Yet the apartment was quiet and peaceful, a perfect contrast to the area it's in. Though it was a bit like breaking in to Fort Knox getting in, especially with a vehicle. That said, the instructions were very clear and laid out in an easy to follow, step-by-step fashion. The price of peace and security, I suppose. All in all a wonderful place, would definitely stay again.
