Location and amenities were great, but the apartment wasn’t cleaned before we arrived: stained bedding, dirty dishwasher, something left spilled in the fridge, un-mopped floors, hair extensions left in the bathroom drawer. Also, the shower soap and laundry detergent weren’t stocked, which was inconvenient.
The most concerning part of our stay was when I received a voicemail from Kasa while we were away from the unit. They notified me that our smoke alarm had gone off. They reminded me of their no-smoking policy and issued me a warning of possible eviction without refund. I was staying in the room with my husband and our two year old daughter. We don’t smoke. At one point we did smell candle from our room, but it wasn’t from us.
When I responded to the voicemail with my concerns about the situation, we got no helpful response.
I would not re-book a stay through Kasa and probably wouldn’t recommend based off our experience.
