We rented a unit from Kasa for two months for our daughter while she completed a research internship at Rush University/Hospital in the medical district. Our unit came fully furnished with a short term lease that was perfect for her situation. We did a lot of research with short term leases and talked to friends who grew up in Chicago. Safety was our first concern because our daughter is from a small town and is naïve to city life. This particular unit at 900 S. Clark enabled us to check off all our boxes. It is a high-rise, it is safe with doorman, and Kasa’s attention to detail was flawless. If I had questions, I simply texted and got a response within minutes the same day. The location was ideal. All she had to do was walk to a very close train station or bus station and it was a straight shot to the medical district. We also rented one car space which is connected to 900 S. Clark, so she had a car if needed. The parking garage is attached to the building, so I was never worried about her walking from her car late at night. You get what you pay for and peace of mind and our daughter’s safety was worth every penny. The unit was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. She enjoyed a firework view from their beautiful rooftop with only some blockage from buildings, a bike dock is right next to the building, the balcony was fun to have! The view was amazing. Her unit enabled her to see the lake! Overall, our experience here was worth every single penny! Thank you KASA!
