Enjoyed my stay, lovely building, awesome neighborhood, close to everything you need to see that’s Chicago. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Chicago. Kasa was responsive, friendly and helpful. Had an issue with central heating, being winter that was an important issue. But it was quickly rectified. Thank you for an amazing place to stay while visiting my family for the holidays.

I’m a frequent Airbnb user and this was one of my most frustrating experiences. The unit itself, location, and overall experience was good. The space was more than adequate for a solo traveler and allowed for easy access to the south loop and downtown area. Very walkable and close to shopping. It was the customer service and housekeeping that were truly a challenge. I would recommend this location purely on price but be ready to operate as independent as possible because the management isn’t what you would expect with a well run Airbnb.

Staying at this apartment was so pleasant. It was incredibly clean, close to major attractions of Chicago, and had a great view of the city. The building had good amenties too like dry cleaning, parking, a communal working space, a balcony, and a washer/dryer in unit. I'd recommend this place without a doubt.

Great spacious apartment with amazing view. Felt like young urban professionals. 10 minute walk to bus/train/metro connections, or 20 min walk to downtown. appartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. beds were big and comfy. There was no duvet available for the sleeping couch, and when we notified our hosts of this, they delivered a fleece blanket. Besides that we had an amazing stay :D

The stay was nice, the view from the window was reall great, clean and tidy and walkable to the center, china town. Initially we had problem with washroom but kasa was very responsive and helpful, they could have atleast for 2 hours of flexibility in check out, we paid 50$ for extending our checkout, overall stay was nice.

The apartment was in the far south part of the loop. We initially thought it may be a bit far from the places we'd be visiting. As it turned out it was a perfect location. Walking distance to three grocery stores, Union Station, Soldier Field, the museum campus, and the theatre district. The view from our apartment was spectacular. Overall I would consider this a great value for the money. We really enjoyed our month at this location.

Another great stay in Chicag This is our third time staying at Kasa in the South Loop in Chicago. We are always happy there. Super convenient and spacious. Walking distance to Loop attractions and shopping. Trader Joes, Target, Whole Foods are also nearby as well as many places for takeout if you are not in the mood for cooking. When you stay at Kasa, you feel like a local. The units are as advertised and many have great views of Chicago. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice first experience with Kasa during our stay in Chicago. The reservation process was so easy, the check in/out process was a breeze, the apartment was immaculate and the response from Kasa when we had some concerns (the Wifi not working) addressed immediately. The apartment was actually MUCH better in person than in the pictures. The view of the city was breathtaking from every room, which you actually couldn't see in the pictures. Also the common areas and the rooftop with a pool table were amazing. We even took a free yoga class at the Yoga studio during our stay. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the Kasa apartment. It is appropriately spaced and has Target right besides. The only issue for someone travelling from outside Chicago is that they don’t have a front desk for Kasa residents to receive any parcels and also no storage to leave bags in case early checkins or late checkout is not available.

Walking distance to many restaurants. Very spacious room and comfortable beds. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments with a beautiful view. Very clean and comes with everything you need for your stay. 30 minute car ride to the stadium. Would totally stay again.

High quality and comfort apartment. The location is excellent, very central and walking distance from the park, lake side, loop centre, museum field etc. The flat is very quiet, the residence is very safe and calm. it is well isolated, you hardly hear the street (we were on the 13th floor). The view from the living room and the side bedrooms on the city and lakeside is fantastic! The master bedroom has a private bathroom and dressing - great comfort. Kasa Staff was extremely friendly and reactive, we really appreciated the guidance and advice on arrival and leaving. The price is high in absolute terms, but actually is well proportionate for Chicago which is quite an expensive city. We’d stay there again with pleasure.

The king and twin beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having two bathrooms. This place was good for 4 people. We had 5 and the 5th slept on the couch. It’s not a pull-out sofa bed so just be aware if that’s important to you so it sleeps like a twin. The views of the city were great and there was so much natural light plus a little balcony for fresh air. We felt really safe in the building. The gym, water filling station and coffee were nice. Target was right next door so that was convenient and there was a cute coffee shop down on the next block. This was a super comfy base from which to explore Chicago. We were glad it comes with a parking spot and we did everything on foot or by jumping in a Lyft. If you need a dark room for sleeping I’d recommend a face mask and ear plugs if you have the windows open. No complaints about the noise because it’s the city and that comes with noise but just a suggestion to plan ahead.

Great location and views This was our second time staying at Kasa South Loop with our 2 kids. It's a great location with a great view. Walkable to the museum campus, Millenium Park and tons of restaurants. Highly recommended for a family adventure in Chicago!
