The check in process was smooth and very well explained in follow up emails from staff. The room itself was clean and very spacious. It included the standard essentials and then some such as dishes and utensils if you needed to prepare a meal during your stay. In the parking garage there is also a laundry facility. I would highly recommend this place if you're visiting the Hollywood/ Burbank area

I was really surprised at how much I liked this place. This was my first time here and getting checked in was the hardest part of it all, after that everything else exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again.

Kasa is an excellent place to stay. The location is just off the freeway on Sunset, and the directions to reach to accommodation were spot on. All the way from exiting the freeway to the ramp down into parking lot, right through to walking from the car to the elevators. Check in was totally easy, quick and painless. All done through the phone. Host was very responsive with the questions I had. The unit was a lot bigger than I though it was going to be. Very clean, had all the amenities listed and was perfect for the single night stay we were there for, or for a significantly longer period of time. We were visiting for a show at the Hollywood Palladium, which was only about 10 mins walk down the street, with plenty of restaurant options also minutes walk away. First class, would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Kasa Sunset! The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, especially when I needed assistance locating the property and walking me through the self-check-in process. The room and the view were absolutely breathtaking, to say the least! Although we only stayed for one night, the amenities and everything provided in the room were more than enough to make our stay comfortable. I could easily see myself staying here for a longer trip. I absolutely plan on coming back with my kids for our next Universal trip. I would definitely recommend Kasa Sunset to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to stay!

And there's no signage on the exterior of the building or garage hinting at where you should go. This was really bad: the apartment reeked of cleaning supplies. The cleaner person probably uses industrial strength stuff and Kasa hasn't figured out like every other modern hotel that guests don't want to feel like they just stuck their head in a jug of cleaning solution. It was so bad that my eyes were burning, which has never happened before. The location is decent as it's central in LA and next to a freeway but the neighborhood is crap - you wouldn't want to walk from the building at all. It's really loud as it's right on Sunset and people drive down the street and rev their engines and the apartment has a lot of windows that aren't anywhere close to sound proof. Kasa knows it's an issue such that they provide earplugs and a white noise machine. But not getting a good night's sleep sucks is not something I'm interested in.

The location of this hotel is wonderful to visit anywhere in LA for traveller.

Absolutely phenomenal My stay was an absolute joy! It is not an “ordinary” hotel you get a whole studio apartment! Not only that but it’s also very secure with security guards active all night, each person has a unique code to get in! You are close to everything Hollywood so if it’s your first time you will definitely enjoy being only a few minutes away from all the entertainment! The rooms are cozy and overall the atmosphere is great! It’s a good bang for your buck considering how expensive small hotel rooms get!

Ich war froh, als ich wieder weg war. Likes: Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, das war es aber auch schon. Dislikes: Die Möbel waren in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Zimmerservice bei 3 Übernachtungen. Keine Rezeption oder Ansprechpartner. Abnormal hohe Parkgebühren. Mini Fitnessraum. Die Badewanne/Dusche ist ebenfalls alles andere als angenehm zu nutzen. Kein wirklich erkennbarer Eingangsbereich. Schlechte Gegend.

Nos encantó el DEPARTAMENTO. Porque sí, es muy muy amplio. Estuvimos 1 semana lo cual al no tener servicio al cuarto algunas cosas son incomodas y por el precio creo podría incluirse pero era algo que se sabía en la reserva. La entrada suele ser un poco sucia y no verse tan fino, pero dentro todo cambia. Por la zona que está todo cerca de lo turistico y más vale completamente la pena. Demasiadas amenidades cerca.

Pretty decent place for the price and the self checkin style, nice to have appliances ect + a very big studio style room Didn't love the windows in the hotel room- as they have a tint on them and I appreciate a clear view, but that's a minor flaw Free Laundry room in basement is awesome Gym has what you need Having to Pay for an hour or two for earlyy check in is super annoying (around $50-$70 depending on 1-3 hours)+ not knowing if you'll have luggage/locker storage availability can be a bit weird if you plan to arrive early in the day ( one of the lockers were broken but luckily the two that were available fit my stuff. Great apartment style hotel overall, would probably stay again if the price doesn't get higher. Semi convenient location- sort of off the path

The place was beautiful, everything was clean and so beautiful. Check in was easy and flexible, and they had very graceful storage time for before and after our stay! Everything was decently close by and the area was filled with many things to do and places to eat! 9/10 would stay again!

it Locates in walking distance to the Hollywood and Bristol Farm Market. You may have great view from your room.

We had a great stay at Kasa! The location was perfect, close to Hollywood Blvd and in a safe neighborhood. It was also very easy to get around using Lyft or Waymo. Kasa is not a typical hotel room — it’s more like a fully equipped studio apartment, which made our stay very comfortable. Our return flight was in the evening, and the virtual customer service was very helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the storage area after checkout, which was really convenient and made our last day in Los Angeles much easier. We would definitely stay at Kasa again!

Had a very nice stay the place was clean and full of space, was a nice apartment.

The air conditioning says on, the temperature was at a constant rise this morning reaching 83. It was 75 all weekend. The water temp in the shower was so hot I burnt my scalp. I guess no cold water other than in the sink? The blinds were see through and having stayed on the second floor the homeless were basically looking in my window. Very uncomfortable. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean, spacious and stylish with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. We liked the convenient location in a walking distance to the restaurants and cafes on Sunset Blvd., easy access for shopping, Hollywood sign trails, Griffith Observatory, Universal Studio, Chinese Theater and LA downtown. Since the hotel doesn't have a front desk, at first it was a little puzzling to find extra towels and toilet paper, but over all, it was a great stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay there again next time.
