The room itself was very nice, clean and awesome view of the Hollywood sign! My biggest issue was that there was no front desk/security to assist. There were cleaners who spoke Spanish and if you needed help you had to either message online and wait for response or call and wait to get a hold of someone who never actually visited the property and has no idea where things are located! We were told that we can leave our luggage in “secure” lockers if available. Allegedly, lockers were operating between 11 Am and- 6pm! Unfortunately during our 5 day stay (extra night booked through Kasa) we didn’t see those lockers unlock at all. On our first night I even changed some numbers around just to see if it’s “operational” and those numbers remained the same for all 5 days of our stay. I flagged this with a staff member over the phone on our first night yet nothing was done about it over the next 5 days. We had to leave our stuff in the lounge room that was accessible to all staff and guest!

Super easy to a access. Quiet pocket in Hollywood. Great for solo or pair adventures.

PERFECT FIVE STARS ⭐️! As someone who frequently visits LA for vacations, I've stayed at several hotels in the city. And I am thrilled to have finally found the perfect place for my future trips. KASA checks all the boxes for an ideal stay. First and foremost, the location is in a very safe neighborhood—a top priority for me when choosing accommodations in LA. Additionally, the studio-style unit I stayed in was excellent for long-term travelers. It offered a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious storage room, breathtaking views from the window, and high-quality amenities. The only minor downside was that I could occasionally hear noise from other residents in my unit. Given the building's characteristics, this seems to be unavoidable. However, it didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. This property has truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning for all my future visits to LA. Highly recommended!

KASA: Where Your Dream Vacation Comes True PERFECT FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As someone who frequently visits Los Angeles for vacations, I've stayed at several hotels in the city. However, I am thrilled to have finally found the perfect place for my future trips. This property checks all the boxes for an ideal stay. First and foremost, the location is in a very safe neighborhood—a top priority for me when choosing accommodations in LA. The studio-style unit I stayed in was perfectly suited for long-term travelers, offering a well-equipped kitchen, spacious storage, and breathtaking views from the window. It was stocked with everything I could possibly need: a coffee machine (complete with coffee capsules and tea bags), an electric kettle, cutlery, a dishwasher with detergent, a hair dryer, and more. On top of that, the interior design was simply amazing! The only minor downside was that I could occasionally hear noise from other residents in my unit. Given the building's characteristics, this seems to be unavoidable. However, it didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. A big thank you to KASA for making our dream vacation come true. We truly enjoyed our stay and were so impressed with the experience that not only will we use KASA for future trips to LA, but we’ll also look for KASA properties when visiting other US cities.

Very noisy apartment with excessively expensive parking Likes: Modern apartment in Hollywood. Has gym and also laundry, which is helpful. Dislikes: They advertised a nice room with view. When we entered the apartment we were on a very low floor. It literally felt like sleeping on the street, the noise was unbearable. When contacting staff they were nice, but made very clear that they would not do anything. Amenities are good, but very stingy on kitchen and bathroom accessories. Garage price of USD 55 per night is simply too expensive and was not advertised transparently on the site. No flexibility to grant the weekly price of USD 200 for a 4 nights stay. Lack of flexibility very disappointing. There are better options for the price so would not recommend to anyone. Our worst stay during our road trip in California.

Great host. The place was clean and had a great view of the Hollywood sign. Access was easy. I ended up renting a car the day of and the host was flexible in allowing me to amendment my reservation to include the car. Would recommend to friends.

We only stayed for one night, it was a good spot for two people. Compared to the photos it was smaller than expected. The with windows were all tinted with a dark film and at least for our suite the film of the windows was peeling off. Overall it was a good stay though and it was walkable to a lot of local spots you could try out !

Easy no fuss LA stay. Likes: Way bigger than what I expected. A large studio apartment with all the amenities when you know you wont be spending lots of time in your room. Kasa was very quick to respond to any issues via whatsapp. Perfect for a work trip. Dislikes: I had not received check in instructions for one of our rooms so make sure you have all of you pre check in forms sorted. It is very noisy as the building is on a busy road but didn’t bother us too much. There is also a guaze on the windows to keep sunlight out but made it a little dark. Parking is expensive so we had to move the car around the block to avoid spending loads on parking However, I would still stay here again.

Nice apartment, good location Likes: Wish I got a better view. I got room 204 and the view was the parking lot Dislikes: The "first come first serve" policy for luggage storage which is inaccurate. They claim everyone has to remove their stuff at 6pm and the next day at 11am is when the lockers are available. That was not true. People left their stuff in the lockers overnight, which didn't allow for me to check my stuff in at 11am (I waited well before 11am in the lounge and no one came to retrieve their things or put them in the locker, meaning they were there overnight) Also, the company should invest in updating the bathrooms to match the aesthetic of the apartments

It was a good experience, the room was spacious, all the facilities, and the area was good. I would definitely come back.

Highly Recommend All Kasa Sunset staffs are excellent with hospitality, polite, clear and prompt responses (usually 1 min.feedback). The room is so spacious and spotlessly clean. The check-in. check -out and all communications with virtual process are amazing and very convenient. We had our room garbage collected everyday, that’s so nice. And the location is close to everything we need for our stay of 7 days. Thank you KasaTeam, we really appreciate you all.

We had very enjoyable stay. It felt like we were coming home at the end of the day instead of back to a hotel room. The suite was very spacious and allowed us plenty of room to both work and relax. Paying for the parking was well worth the money.

Great Stays in L.A. Likes: Spacious room with great views as pictured. Super responsive staffs that reply all requirement within 1 min. until we suspected that it is AI ?? Not human staff?? And when we met the staffs in person, they are very nice and polite people who eager to serve; the cleaning ladies, the maintenance gentleman and the manager. Every detail of amenities are carefully provided. We stayed 7 days with much satisfaction. Dislikes: None.

Grand appartement certes mais les fenêtres étaient sales et il y’a de nuit sans cesse avec le boulevard juste en dessous Likes: Logement assez grand avec une vue dégagée. Dislikes: La communication avec l’établissement était médiocre, je n’ai pas reçu de confirmation par e-mail de la part de l’établissement. Les vitres étaient sales ce qui gâchée la vue. Le bruit dans la chambre avec la circulation dense est réellement un gène constant la nuit. Le prix du parking est aberrant il y a de la place gratuite à 5 minutes.

I loved the experience, it was a nice hotel!

The views from room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. Don’t hesitate to stay here. We felt very safe, the place is very secure. It was a tad hard to find but the response from the host was great in helping us find the place and get in. It was close enough to everything but also away from the busyness. We loved our stay here.

Stayed at Family Studio (King & Sofa) - the room is actually so much BIGGER than the photos. Very clean and well-maintained. The staffs were very friendly, prompt, and informative. Great location. A+++ experience.

We had such a wonderful experience at KASA Sunset! The room was super spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax during our trip. The TV was perfect, and everything was just as we expected. The location is fantastic—right on Sunset and a quick walk to Target for anything we needed to pick up. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the customer service team was accommodating when I asked for a late check-out. Overall, it was a great deal and a delightful stay!

I loved staying here. The room was extremely clean and always smelled great as soon as you walked in the door. The check-in process was very easy and straight forward as well. It's located in the heart of LA and it still felt safe. It was near so many different attractions and great restaurants. I plan on staying here for my next trip to LA and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and fun stay!

Great location to use as a base for exploring LA. Affordable considering the area. The place was spotlessly clean, and check-in/out was a breeze. The host is also very responsive. All in all a great experience.

We loved staying here and 100% will stay again when in LA. Stunning apartment matches the photos, breathtaking views. LOVE the access with code so no need to mess around with keys. Coffee machine and tea is a nice extra and there is a lounge, gym, and luggage lockers downstairs as well which add to convenience. Would be nice if there were laundry facilities in the building, however there is a friendly laundromat 5 mins walk down the street. Loved the many food drink and convenience stores all within 5 minute walk, as well as bus stop on corner for easy access to downtown and museums etc. I wanted to stay there forever!

Amazing location, thats why it is a little noisy through traffic. But super spacious, nice bed and million dollar view on Hollywood sign. Kitchen could be equiped a little bit more.

Sunset location is perfect, It was short but amazing. I absolutely will stay here again the next time we are up in LA. Beautiful location.

Checkin was easy, getting in the building and the apt was easy. Written directions were perfect. I felt comfortable walking during the day, but uncomfortable after dark. The apt was lovely and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The view was gorgeous at night. Great stay, especially for the price.

Great property/location with good amenities.

Lovely room but potentially no natural light! Likes: I stayed here for two weeks. The room it's self was really spacious and really well equipped. Bed was comfy, Kitchen had everything I needed to cook basic dishes and bathroom was modern and airy. Dislikes: unfortunately there is a film over the window to reduce the light/ heat coming into the room. You get used to this and it did keep the room from being too hot however half way through my stay I came back of an evening to see another layer of film has been placed over the window. A Netflix advertisement, which blocked pretty much all natural light coming into the room. I contacted the staff and was told I could move room 2 days later for a room that only had half the windows obscured by the poster. I appreciate the staff tried to resolve the issue but I really with I'd know it was a possibility the window was going to be covered before I stayed as I would have booked another hotel.
