It was ok but nothing spectacular. We won’t choose it again
Likes: We loved the panoramic view in the pictures on booking.com, but in fact the windows in our room were very dirty and no view at all.
Our room was big enough, which we liked.
Air conditioning was very good and the bed was comfortable.
Dislikes: I didn’t like communication with the staff online. Sometimes it was annoying to get all these messages from the staff and you should always check your phone. We asked for an early check-in, but it took time for the stuff to answer our request, so we decided to walk until the check-in hours. When we got the messages from the stuff, we were already far from the hotel and couldn’t enjoy their “generous” consent to the early check-in. If there was a reception desk in the hotel, it would be easier to communicate.
The windows were vert dirty. If you have such big windows, please clean them so that guests can enjoy the view. So was the floor - my white socks got black in a minute.
It’s impossible to open the windows. We came from Palm Springs escaping the heat and wanted to enjoy some fresh air, not air conditioning. We read that some guests complained that windows cannot be opened but the hotel responded that they would do their best to solve this problem. Nothing is solved.
Parking was very expensive. At check-out we asked if we could leave our car for another two hours, but the hotel refused, even though the parking lot was empty. Ok, no problem. We found a public parking. But do you think this made us love your hotel more? No.
