Kasa Sunset exceeded all our expectations! What a fantastic stay at Kasa Sunset! The apartment was spectacular. It was clean and beautiful with modern furnishings and a very comfortable bed set up for our family. We even had a fantastic view of the Hollywood sign. The communication with the staff was excellent and they allowed us to check in early! which was a very nice surprise. Hands down one of the best stays I have ever had I will definitely be staying with Kasa again in other cities. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Absolutely LOVED our room and view of Downtown Los Angeles. Waking up to a Spectacular view of the HOLLYWOOD sign was Incredible for our 1st visit to LA. Our suite was bigger then expected and had everything we needed, and when we needed anything the response time was Excellent. We will Definitely be coming back! 💯%!!! 11 out of 10 🌟's A➕️ 💘🫅👸

Beautiful studio, photos may illustrate a larger abode while reality informs an immaculate but not insanely spacious dwelling. Beautiful accessories and textiles, tv and streaming worked well but no Bluetooth speakers for music of any kind. The only element I did not like and still continues to disturb me is an in-unit monitoring system. There’s a device that collects audio levels, heat and motion, this thing is definitely listening to everything and I received numerous weirdly ominous text messages saying the unit had been moved and to replace it or incur a $200 fine, not once not twice but 3 times across the one day rental - hey big brother F off - it’s super creepy and weird.

Apartment had a fully fitted kitchen with oven, kettle , microwave etc. It was also very secure and the communication was excellent on the virtual check in. This was my first time staying in LA but i wouldnt hesitate with staying here again, really great spot

Nice and spacious, but not ideal Likes: Large appartment, well furnished, modern and clean. Secure parking. It was easy to go to various parts of the city given the central location and proximity of the 101. Dislikes: The location was not great. We went for a stroll on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on our first evening, getting back early to the room. Lots of homeless people with tents in the area. Half an hour after we got back, there was a shooting accross the street. Needless to say we used the car for the rest of the week. We were in appartment 308. Our view was on parkings and other buildings. Ear plugs had been provided and we understood why quickly. The noise of traffic from the streets never stops. The sofa bed was very good looking and comfortable when sitting on it, but sleeping on it was another story. I toughed it out for less than 3 hours. I had to put the thin mattress on the floor. Camping in LA! Also, charges were made to my credit card without explanation, which I had to clarify with the virtual concierge. I am still waiting for a refund of an overcharge on parking.

shouldn't bother saying they're dog-friendly. They don't accept almost any dog breed.

It was fine. We had a problem with AC but the host moved our rooms so that was great. The location had Target, 7-11, etc near but not much attraction except the Hollywood sign and the walk of fame. Overall it was fine

This place is a total dream! The location is Top Tier! So much to see/do within walking distance. The views are out of this world!!! Sparkling clean and smelled lovely. Wonderful bed I could have slept on forever! Extremely easy to check in, get parking, & extend check out time all through a special website. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I’d love to stay here again the next time I’m in LA. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Kasa was amazing!! The views of the city were legit priceless. Even though I live in LA I would definitely come back here for a staycation. 10/10

Extended Stays All is really great at Kasa properties - stay in them whenever possible especially Chicago - they're good for extended stays as they're large & some have laundry facilities - only difficulty was checking out virtually - link didn’t take my information but was resolved by phone call help.

Likes: Room as as described, large with comfortable beds. Dislikes: Location was mediocre at best. Right across from Netflix offices, so if you're staying for work, that's alright. If you're driving everywhere, that's ok also, there's gated parking. Homeless encampments start a block away, with all the glory that that brings. If you're planning on walking to Hollywood proper (walk of starts, etc), you'll have to battle through blocks of tents, cardboard boxes, garbage, outdoor toilets, and drugged out people. We ended up taking Uber everywhere instead of walking, but as the song goes, nobody walks in LA.

Love staying with Kasa. Been in Los Angeles and Chicago now with them and have had absolute great experience every time. Highly recommend. Something about having a full apartment makes it very relaxing and cozy

Staying a few more nights as I’ve extended my stay and they were more than accommodating. Definitely home away from home!

I've visited Los Angeles several times, and I can honestly say this was by far the best place I've stayed. I think I'll be booking Kasa Sunset for all future trips. It really was an overall amazing experience from arrival to departure. The location is great because there are plenty of stores and places to eat within walking distance. I never felt unsafe late at night, and it was quiet. The room was spotless, VERY spacious, and having a full kitchen was great. The staff is just a text away and were quick to respond to any questions I had.

Quick and easy stay would rent again

Perfect for family. Likes: Clean. Friendly staff. Close to Hollywood walk of fame. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for family. A lot of restaurants nearby. Dislikes: Basically nothing. Everything was perfect.

This place is really bad. There is literally no one working here to help with anything. Coming in from out of town, early check in request was “pending”. I needed to put my bags in storage, but the only available luggage lockers are filled with the hotels cleaning supplies. I call their support. It’s a call center that doesn’t even know what property you’re talking about until you give them the confirmation code. I ask what my options are for storing my luggage, she tells me I could use some app to find a place nearby to store my luggage. Seriously? I ask if she can check about my early check in. The call center has no ability to get that information or communicate directly with house keeping but she will “make an update” asking for them to message me. This shouldn’t even be called a hotel. You get better service at a hostel. Probably better security too because there is no front desk just a 4 digit code to get free rein of the building. EDIT: I have to address the absurd response they’ve put on this review. I attached images of their luggage storage which they say they do not provide. It’s only the biggest sign you can see when you enter the building. More proof that their “24/7 concierge team” has never even set foot in the building. Regarding security, your security is objectively terrible. I’ve been able to just walk in the building without even entering the code because I was walking behind others. Once you get in the building, you can go to any floor and up to any door. There’s a reason no other modern hotel allows this. Also, the locks on the room doors don’t lock automatically when you leave. You have to remember to lock it yourself.

Awesome, they had parking available and the hotel was in a great location. Was able to enjoy my stay and the hotel was easy access.

Tried to change 500$ for damage to the towels... Homeless person tripping out blocking the entrance... Elevator barely works. Its 12 stories tall and smells terrible Location is right next to freeway so you will deal with having to weave through human poop to park your car ⚠️ You have been warned ⚠️ Gross!
