While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together).
The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking us up. And we also had somebody walking upstairs staying in the room above us and we could hear their every step, cough, etc. It felt like at any moment the ceiling would give way.
If this place was $100 - $140 a night it would have been excusable, but for $200+ a night, I expect the basics of peace, quiet, and privacy.
