A very efficient airbnb experience! Great location and had just the right amenities!

Bon emplacement, et rapport qualité-prix Likes: Emplacement parfait (au pied du bus), quartier calme, possibilité de garer la voiture du vendredi soir au lundi matin gratuitement. Dislikes: Manque d’ascenseur, les escaliers sont raides surtout avec des valises. Il manquait une passoire également, et la hotte n’est pas assez basse pour aspirer

Great value for price, everything matched the pictures and description, excellent location in peaceful Pacific Heights, with bus line straight to the city centre at the foot of the building. Recommended

War gut zu finden auch mit der Code Übergabe hat alles geklappt. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und haben immer in der Umgebung gut und sicher parken können ohne zu viel zu zahlen (2 hours parking). Es wurde immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und auch sehr freundlich :)) Immer wieder gerne, die Reise war einfach unglaublich schön :))

Enjoyed my stay and close to Fillmore

Everything was automated flawlessly. Would recommend. I liked everything other than the slope you need to walk to get there.

I booked this airbnb for my parents. The location and loft are beautiful. We loved the interiors and the neighborhood. However the bathroom was much smaller than expected and the loft is a 2 floor walkup. Would not recommend if you have heavy luggage or if you have knee/back problems. But if you are traveling light, this is a great airbnb to stay in!

It was great only things I can say is there was no a/c.

Très bon séjour à Kasa : l’endroit est assez petit mais fonctionnel. Il y a une petite cuisine avec le nécessaire (il manquait juste une éponge pour qu’elle soit complète). Il faut juste savoir que le logement est assez sombre, car il donne sur une façade avec d’autres fenêtres, il y a du vis-à-vis donc les rideaux restaient fermés en général. L’emplacement est excellent! Pour un séjour d’une courte durée c’est parfait.

Clean, modern, well equipped apartment exactly as described within easy walk/bus to all that San Francisco has to offer. In a nice quiet neighbourhood with a park nearby and a short walk Filmore with loads of shops and amenities. Would recommend Kasa most highly.

Solid spot, would definitely do again next time I’m in SF

I enjoyed staying at this place. It was in a very safe neighborhood beside great parks, walkable to so many good restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The Kasa had a beautiful backyard space that I enjoyed using on days I "worked from home." The walls are thin so you can definitely hear others but that's just a part of city living. There's no AC so I can't imagine staying in the summer but for early spring, it was wonderful to keep the windows open and enjoy the breeze. I will absolutely stay here for future work trips.

A very well equipped place in a great location with good communication

Though it”s very useful to have self check-in, I lost my connection to internet because I was just arriving. I couldn’t open the code key door and almost slept outside at 2 am, cold and rainy. Finally I managed., but it was difficult I like the complimentary coffee and water. The room was very dark, because it looks to an alley but very comfortable, with the kitchen for myself. Location is great, with a Whole Foods just some blocks away. Definitely, I would return n case I need.

The check-in process was seamless. The apartment was exactly as described and equipped with the necessities. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of nearby restaurants and shops.

Absolutely will stay again. Súper confortable bed, full-size fridge, most anything you need for a more homey experience - including welcoming your dog. Seamless reservation process. Convenient key-free access. I will absolutely stay at Kasa’s Addison and investigate other Kasa locations.

It was a perfect location near beautiful Lafayette Park and Fillmore Street with great eateries and stores. If you are a walker, the hills are killers.

Mother and daughter trip. This really was best place to stay in San Francisco. The accommodation was huge. We loved the split level, large lounge and bedroom. Sofa bed in lounge. It was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We got the code keyless entry just as we landed at the airport. So we walked straight in to the apartment. We had a few kitchen items missing on arrival but the text reply was within minutes and the items arrived the next day. We were very impressed. The location was the best possible spot. Right in the poshest area with stunning properties all around. You are in millionaires row. Two great parks nearby with fab views of the city. Fillmore Street is minutes away, here you will find great shops, cafes and restaurants or walk in the other direction (5 mins) to Japan Town, again great shopping and food. We walked the whole city from the accommodation but you can catch the bus right outside to the bay water front or to the Ferry Building for trips out. The area was very safe and as two women we felt confident to be out and about after dark. I highly recommend Kasa and we will stay again. We traveled from the UK.

I had a beautiful loft, and in a great location. Note that there may be a couple of flights of stairs (no elevator), and the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbors quite a bit. The amenities and on-site manager were great, as was how responsive the virtual assistant was by text.

The apratment did not suit us as a couple.

Clean, well equipped studio in a nice neighbourhood with the restaurants, cafés and shops of Filmore street just around the corner. Very prompt and friendly responses by the staff whenever I had a question.

The space worked perfectly for us for our 2 week stay! Having the kitchen and laundry was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Ótima localização, apto limpo, quarto espaçoso no mezanino, porém área da cozinha e sala, com pouco espaço e sem uma mesa e duas cadeiras para fazer refeições. Em uma unidade com cozinha completa, espera-se que os hóspedes queriam fazer refeições na unidade, porém falta uma mesa pequena com duas cadeiras. Poderia ter um liquidificador, além dos demais utensílios.

Very nice location, but the unit was a bit small. It also only had street facing windows, so there was not much privacy if the windows were open

Great location, very central! Place was pretty clean and well stocked for a long stay. The backyard space is lovely as well. Highly recommend this place!
