This was a great apartment to stay in over Thanksgiving - roomy, clean, and all amenities provided. Very happy and will stay again.

Great sport and fantastic hosts

Very easy to get up and running with the virtual checkin. I received all of my checkin information and codes exactly as described on time, and no issues getting in to the unit. The room was super clean, well equipped, and made for a very comfortable 6 night stay! A bunch of limes are available just outside, which makes getting to other parts of downtown very convenient.

Our apartment flooded and we needed a temporary “home.” The experience with Kasa was amazing. Check-in was easy, extending the stay was easy, the community was very welcoming, and the apartment was homey and comfortable. We loved being able to use the amenities (great gym, free coffee), and having a safe comfortable place for us and our pup. Highly recommended.

Great place in a great location

Fantastic stay in a very nice apartment Likes: Great 2 bed apartment. Very spacious, 2 bathrooms and really nice kitchen/living room space. Everything was very clean and the location couldn't be better, so easy to walk into the centre and just as easy to get onto the highway by car to visit sights outside the centre. Was a bit worried about how easy the parking would be but it was super easy going off the info in the check in instructions. Will 100% stay here again when returning to the city.

Great communication, seamless process, better than a hotel Better than a hotel… cleaner, better features, and anytime we texted we got a reply instantly, no wait at all.. much easier than a hotel desk. It was a keyless/no-contact/wait free process end to end but still very welcoming, warm, and friendly. We will absolutely book again.

Awesome location and amazing space!!

We stayed for four nights, and we enjoyed the space. We found our condo to be very quiet--didn't hear any noise from neighbors--and the location was great--walking distance to Union Station, Whole Foods, and restaurants and bars in LoDo and LoHi. The condo itself is nicely (but minimally) decorated, and there are enough towels, bedding, and dishes. Personally, I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable--nicer quality sheets might have helped--and I'd have loved to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms--if you're sensitive to light when you sleep, bring eye shades. But overall, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others--great value, way more space than a hotel room, fantastic location, and easy online communication/correspondence with KASA (instructions for check-in were super clear with lots of pictures). This was our first time booking with KASA, so we didn't really know what to expect, but we were really happy with our stay.

Perfect all around! I had no issue retrieving my access card and garage pass when I arrived. The instructions seem complex at first, but you just need to pay attention to the code to enter. From there on out the entire stay over 3 days was amazing. I loved how this was a studio apartment instead of a hotel room -- it felt more like a 1-bedroom. Every utensil and supply you might need was stocked. They even had a fold up baby crib in the closet! The bed was amazing and we slept really well in it. The balcony was really nice to have, despite not having much of a view, it was great to get some fresh air. The in-unit laundry was also very convenient so we could wash and dry our clothes if we needed to. I'll admit, the dishwasher was a little confusing and not intuitive to use, but eventually figured it out. The location is also a major plus. It is right next to a nice park that leads down to the river. You can simply walk across the street to enjoy it, or take a jog around like I did. Felt very safe and comfortable even walking to the King Soopers a few blocks away. The other tenants were all nice and friendly. If this was an advertisement to rent an apartment here, it really got me interested!

Kasa room was exceptional Excellent location and accommodations. The room was very spacious and clean. Garage parking was a bonus, will be visiting again soon

Everything this was great, except for the TV reception that was out for the entire 4 days. If it wasn't for that, the stay would have been perfect.

It was a very nice loft, very secure and safe, with easily navigable walking to the stadium and to downtown dining options. We had trouble with the garage pass that unfortunately never got worked out. If not for that this would have been excellent

Our experience was exceptional. Our stay was upgraded, and the apartment was phenomenal! The room was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with our parking key, but the company addressed the issue right away and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone was very responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will look for Kasa properties in the future.

Nice place. Would stay at again

Nice stay Great! Near Union Station, very big and comfortable. All facilities are complete and the place is very quiet. A small suggestion is that the shampoo and body wash are mint and pepper scented, which may not be very friendly for those who take a bath before going to bed. Everything else is perfect. Love it!
