Too much trouble if you have a rental car If you Uber, it’s fine, but if you have a rental car, it’s a pain in the rear. They need an easier way to access the garage to park the car and leave a pass in the car. I had to make a few trips back and forth to the room and car . Had to do the same when checking out. Hotels are waaaay easier with rental cars.

New building with great Kitchen Great amenities and a good location! Service was responsive and easy. The fitness center was awesome! Separate bedrooms made it easy to travel with a business partner. I loved my stay and I will plan to stay there again!

Property was well maintained. There was a minor squeak with the heater, but wasn't too annoying. I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Clean, nice location, quiet area but close enough to downtown Denver. I recommend this place. Good clientele service, even though the formula is different from hotels. The rooms are huge and welcoming.

Guild review The Guild was an awesome place to stay, Chris was great and helped us out a ton, our room wasn’t what was advertised, but we were told there were no room with the amount of rooms we had been told there would be, it was a mistake by hotels.com, but the hotel itself was amazing.

Modern hotel in great location for 1 or 2 people We as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. The hotel is located on a floor in a building that is made up of apartments. The pro's of the hotel: -Convenient location for walking distance to LoDo Denver and parks. -Friendly, helpful staff. -Clean, modern room with a full kitchen. -Free Starbucks machine in lobby. -Excellent fitness facility, probably the best hotel gym I have ever seen. -Washer and dryer in the room. The cons of the hotel: -No dresser to unpack suitcases. There was a large bedroom closet with shelves, but not sufficient room for 4 people for 4 nights. -No daily housekeeping service. -The unit advertises a pull out sofa and capable of sleeping 4 people. The sofa is more like a folding futon and is not big enough for 2 people and was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We had to get an air mattress after the 1st night. My daughter slept on that and I slept on the hard futon. Overall, the location is great, the room is modern with amenities. I would not recommend staying there with more than 2 people.

Would stay again - beautiful and brand-new! Didn't hear from the property about how to check in until 24 hours before check-in, which was a little disconcerting. But it turned out there was someone there to check me in - so the self-service directions (while complete and straightforward) were unnecessary. Only downside: no maid/housekeeping service. Not a big deal, but unexpected.

Absolutely loved the stay! was everything I imagined and more! Could never imagine the conventional hotel stay after experiencing the ease and luxury The Guild provides.

The Guild gets a big thumbs up The guild is a great option in Denver when you don’t want to pay luxury hotel prices. Convenient to bars and restaurants in the Union Square area. The unit was spacious and clean and the check in automated procedure was easy to follow. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a condo with permanent residents. Large place. Excellent suite - clean, large kitchen, comfortable bed, etc. Thought I had booked a hotel so was personally disappointed not to have a hotel bar, restaurant, room service, etc., for the price.

Great apartment Very nice apartment with all the amenities - nice living room, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need in it. Check-in process was ok as there was someone there to help, but if you arrive after 6 PM it might not be super simple - my name didn't come up on the computer for example. But nice apartment block, very near to the station and restaurants. Quiet area.

Brilliant concept, price point was a lot better than anything else around. 10x better than any typical hotel room.

Spotless apartments in a great location Check-in process was ok because there was a guy there when I arrived, but there is no clear sign outside. Also, I couldn’t find my booking using the computer kiosk, so the guy had to check me in. If he hadn’t been there it wouldn’t have worked, but I suppose I’d call the number. So all good. Rooms are really nice and new with everything you need - more than enough if you’re just staying one night, but great if you want a place to stay for a longer period of time. Only negative feedback; no tea bags, only coffee.

The Guild was amazing! We totally loved this stay and will be back.
